Ausiello on Heroes
In the latest installment of ‘Ask Ausiello’, Michael Ausiello answered a few Heroes-related questions.
He also ‘dropped’ a couple of juicy spoilers you don’t want to miss:
- Question: I have a Heroes question: Are they going back to work on new episodes in the spring, even if they will not air until the fall? Is that how NBC is able to order more than 22 for next season? — Pat
Ausiello: Nothing gets by you, Pat. Yes, Heroes is tentatively slated to start production on Season 3 on May 1 — more than two months ahead of schedule. As a result, the show could have as many as 10-13 episodes already in the can by the time it returns in September. - Question: I’m dying for some juicy Heroes scoop! — Stacie
Ausiello: Well, this is about as juicy as it comes: Kristen Bell is not — I repeat, not — signed on for next season. But (and this is a big “but,” so listen up) sources confirm that Heroes is in active discussions with her to return for an arc during Season 3. And considering how much everyone at the show worships her — and she them — I have every reason to believe that this will happen. - Question: I’m so sad to hear that Heroes isn’t returning until the fall. Do you have any idea what we can expect for next season? — Holly
Ausiello: Let’s just say that over the next few months the show’s casting offices will be filled with actors who are very good at being very bad.

That better mean lots of better fight scenes with bad guy body counts (and a couple good guyst oo)!
Glad to hear the news, but I cant help but feel played by the idea of not having ORIGINS while Heroes isn’t airing. Like play ORIGINS until Heroes comes back and then just air ORIGINS on the Weekend.
NIce, I can’t wait for Season 3. I agree wuth INTJ, we should have a lot more physical action between the bad guys and the good guys. Just cannot wait!!

every thing sounds real good except the kristen bell thing. she SHOULD come back. she is just amazing.
I agree. Kristen Bell is wonderful in the show. Her character is captivating and interesting. It would be a great loss if she wasn’t on anymore. I HOPE we have more fight scenes! We don’t have enough, and you’d think that with a show like this there would be more Hero VS Villain action instead of just drama between the characters. I completely understand that they are difficult and costly to film, but the fans want to see some ACTION! =D

Oh Sylar is just, he’s just our best buddy villian, he is like everyones favorite evil guy, well we all love him and if we don’t we hate him, which means he’s doing his job well at being evil and hated. We love ya buddy stick around pal! Can’t wait for next season your like the star of the show. Lots of brains spasms and forehead slicing- Translation- Hugs and tackleglomps, - in your direction!
