Firstly Dave, I realise the Tim (who said it himself) said that this season wasn’t what he wanted / expected. But this shitstorm of bad writing(Claire/Takezo blood FTL) could have been prevented easily. You want to make your characters powerful, but not too powerful. I dont know if that makes sense to anyone, but you shouldnt be able to bring someone back from the dead who dosnt explicitly have the power to do so. I mean, any hero could just hook up a tube to Claire and siphon some blood to feel better again. It really felt like that was the begining to the end of the whole Heroes Saga and as a sci-fi fan i feel its just way too convenient.

Jessica / Nathan should not come back. If the writers don’t want the characters they should simply NOT KILL THEM OFF. I really do like the characters, if they do bring them back, it better not be cheerleader blood again (or any regenerating blood). If they do something really truly creative then props to them, but if the cheerleader blood comes up again ill be quite disappointed. This isn’t monopoly, there are no get out of jail free cards.

Im a fan of good sci fi. Ive seen good and bad, and if they use this cheat again there will be one less person watching next season thats for sure.

I think if Kring stops listening to the network to make the show more appealing (or whatever they think is appealing (giving claire and peter a boyfriend-completely pointless [Sidenote Catlin is DEFINATELY dead.]), and continues to make good sci-fi like the first season, and finds a way to keep it fresh then we will do well this season.

well i agree with you in some way… this blood is not doing and good but it might be able to save live of milions… back to niki and jesica yeah that blood woul be so even out od sience fiction movie but i still hobe that they keep niki in the show. think about it nothing is writen in stone we haven’t actually seen her dead… so there is posability that she is still alive somewhere ….

HRG stands for Horn Rimmed Glasses cause thats the glasses that he wears. an until the final episode of season 1 we didnt know what his real name was.

nathan cant be dead, adam/ kensi gave nathan his blood to save him when he was in the hospital and his body was badly burned.. he can regenerate now…

OK, so I know this series is all fiction, but lets put some real science into this.

Everybody should know that there are different blood types, so not everybody can give blood to anybody. Some blood types could actually kill. Now of course Claire/Adam’s blood might be different since they have regenrative powers. If I remember correctly Suresh checked Molly’s blood type to find it matched his before using his own blood to cure Molly. Now Claire’s blood could cure Nathan because Nathan is her biological father. Since the childs blood type is formed from the parents it’s quite likely they have the same blood type. Claire’s blood saving Noah, Maya and Sylar and Adam’s blood curing Nathan were just coincidental matching blood types. Now it’s this that might be the ‘negative’ side effect to using Claire’s/Adam’s blood to bring people back to life that I read in one of the comments before.

I don’t think that Nathan can come back alive again without Claire or Adam’s blood. It’s because it isn’t Peter’s power. The heroes powers are genetic mutations; hard coded in their DNA. Peter’s power is that he can copy other people’s powers when he is near them. So if he would give his blood to Nathan nothing would happen. The same way that Peter can’t copy any of Sylars powers that he learned from killing other people with powers (If he can, they haven’t shown that he can. I know that Sylar has super hearing but Peter doesn’t).

This is also why I think that a single injection of blood won’t let people who received them to regenerate wounds more than once. So Sylar isn’t going to be immortal (yet) and Nathan won’t just pop out the bullets and close the wounds. One injection of blood wouldn’t alter his DNA code to being able to fly AND regenerate.

Now I admit I’m no biologist and I only have limited knowledge about the subject. But that’s what I think.
In general; I thought volume 1 was way better than volume 2. They need some of that magic from volume 1 back to keep things interesting.

I think it’s very important for the story that nathan dies because as i see it it’s the only way that peter can grow as a hero and start fighting the real villians which includes his mother… i think it was the company - you know Bob and those guys ….

i love the idea that the old characters are returning………… i cant wait for the upcoming season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good ending to season 2… could have been one of many possibilities…. I reckon HRG wanting to keep claire “safe”

The problem I’m having is following who’s dead and who isn’t….The whole back to life through blood thing is such a cop out, for example what will happen to all these peeps…

the haitian, claude (invisible guy), meredith (claires real mom), hana (email girl), west (token crappy bf), candice (illusions), sanjog (the little dream kid)

If any of these are dead please let me know cause I’ve missed it if they are!

My question is what can the rest of the company do?? They all came together because they were special so what the hell can Kaito, Angela and Bob do?

As for Candice she is s’pose to be dead cuz Sylor killed her… but everything can be possible (she could make another illusion when he was taking her brain… maybe she saved her life!)

I think that Nathan and Niki won’t die because Nathan probably had a idea that something was going to happen so he could have been wearing a bullet proof vest or Peter would travel back in time and save him. I know Hiro would not kill Nathan (Hiros point of veiw flying man).Niki could not have died because they would not kill off Niki and D.L. that would just not give the show a good kick

I also think that maybe Peter came back in time and killed Nathan because something bad happend but it’s what ever you think

at first when u guys said that it was future peter who killed nathan I didn’t understand . u know I took it as a joke , but now it makes more sense but I still think it was HRG than anyone else. it just seems more possible. I also agree with un_dutchable with the blood thing . that’ll also make sense.
