Funny though, if Mama Petrelli’s power is persuasion, why did she get arrested for shoplifting in the very first episode of Heroes, thereby endangering Nathan’s image in the election?
She could just, say, persuade authorities to let her go…

meh there was already a hero with the power to persuade she got killed in the first season, i thought she was a kool character stupid silar. I dnk what powers, ma petrelli has, or kaito’s, or victoria but i wish they reveal them. perhaps they will create a spin-off but if they do omg the actors they used for young victoria and kaito were pretty sucky.

Well, I think Angela’s power has something to do with persuasion… but only through touch. In this season she spoke with Heidi and it closed up on her hands grabbing Heidi’s arm as Heidi said “I uderstand” or something. And last season, how Nathan doubted his running for the election, she touched his shoulder and he instantly changed his mind. There’s my 2 cents at least…

I don’t think Mama Petrelli can read minds. I believe what happened in the future when Peter remembered was a tip of Peter remembering ‘everything’ when he was with Adam. It was important to Peter that he knew who the woman (Mama Petrelli) was at the time.

i guess we shall not call victoria as having a power. its more like having an ability, since she’s a biology engineer.. or smth like that.

and i think kaito’s power is not shown yet coz its either to be saved for the next volume, or the writers havent come up with anything for him yet. =)

Kaito’s ability: The ability to teach at an increidibly fast rate - Hiro spends half an hour to an hour with his father and comes out of the dojo a sword master!
