ok in the trailer if you pause it at certain spots, you clearly see peter getting hugged by…someone. theres another part that looks like peter but with different haircut. and there is definately nathan with a beard, no doubt about that. the only other thing this could suggest, besides them being alive, is that the actors returned in new roles, or that they are in some sort of flashbacks. I dont really care about Nathan, but i really hope peter is alive.

why did nathan petrelli need to take peter up to the sky to explode surely peter could have absorbed nathans power and flown up himself.

In the scene when sylar is holding a heap of broken glass floating in the air, then sends them flying in all different directions, and managed to imbed a piece into the back of the invisible head of Peter Petrelli..you know the one..?

I would belive that peter was so stressed out by the power that he was irradiating , something so powerfull he count controled that he count focus on flyng, remember that he has to use a little of his brain on it, is not THAT simple…
