I agree. Peter is going to be a big part of the finale. There is no way Sylar takes him out for good.

Both Peter and Sylar will die in the last episode of season 1, I’m sure. Peter is to powerful to continue in the series after he gets control over his powers.

I don’t think Peter will die. Remember when Hiro from the future said that he didn’t recoginize Peter without the scar? :p

i think sylar is the one that will blow up the city .

i think it’s a given that Peter won’t die, damn cliffhanger ending though.

If sylar and ted eventually meet, then i agree that it is very possible that it will be sylar who attempts to blow up NY.

I’m also guessing this is likely the way he got his scar…

I also hope there is some explanation of what he can’t regenerate himself in the particular if this is in fact *the* scar.

What purpose does that serve except to for NBC to tell its viewers that they like to make you angry by teasing you.

I’m upset to say the least… I would threaten to not watch but that is absurd… of course i’ll watch the ending episodes. The show is really good.

But NBC really needs to think about what they are doing and why…

if you watch the clip for the next episode, you can see peter has thrown sylar back with his telekinesis (they run the clip backwards with sylar flying at peter, suresh is still attached to the ceiling) and peter looks PISSED!
