Episode 02.06 begins at Cork,Ireland, the pub: Peter tells Caitlin that he will find the woman, –Elle- who killed Ricky and start searching in Montreal. Caitlin wants to go with Peter because she was in the painting and she wants to kill Elle.
Costa Verde: Claire other girls show their cheerleading skills for Debbie to accept them in the team, but she refuses. She says, Claire isn’t extraordinary.

Hartsdale, NY: Monica shows her adaptive muscle memory trick to Mohinder at the Company Test Centre. Bob wants to take away Monica’s ability with the vaccine from the Shanti virus. He wants Mohinder to inject it into Monica. Then Mohinder tells Bennet he wants to turn against the Company, but Bennet tells him if he do, they will lose everything they trying to do, including bringing down the Company and Molly.

Costa Verde, CA: West convinces Claire she should give Debbie a lesson to get her into the squad. West already has an idea.

Mexico, near the US border: Sylar tells Maya he has powers too, but he can’t use them, that’s because he’s heading for Dr. Suresh. Alejandro wants to cross the border without Sylar but Maya refuses, she says God sent him to them.

Tokyo, Japan: Tatsuya restored some scrolls and is reading them with Ando. The story goes on, Hiro tells Yaeko the mission is too dangerous for her, but she adds she has nothing to fear when she’s with Kensei, but she doesn’t know where her father is held as captive. Hiro recalls the legend which says the swordsmith is being held in the tent that smolders.

Odessa, Ukraine: Bennet and the Haitian visits Ivan, a former member of The Company. They interrogate Ivan, who trained both Bennet and Claude. Bennet threatens him if he doesn’t tell where are the paintings, the Haitian will take his precious memories. Ivan doesn’t believe them so the Haitian takes his memories about his wife, their honeymoon, her favorite flower. Meanwhile Claire asks him for the car on the phone. Ivan wants to make a deal so Bennet comes back to the Company and they don’t have to hide anymore.

Sylar, Maya and Alejandro reach the border, as soon as they pass, some locals with guns attack them. Maya’s power comes again, but Sylar convinces her to drive on and leave those people dead. So she does.

Hartsdale, NY: Mohinder starts to inject Monica with the virus, but he can’t do it so he visits Bob and destroys the other samples and says he’s taking Molly with him.

Costa Verde, CA: Debbie gets a taste of West and Claire’s lesson. While Claire talks to her, suddenly, West appears in a mask, grabs Claire and fly high with her to release her. Claire falls onto the stairs and West grabs Debbie. Later she tells the story to the police, but Claire comes and says she’s fine and she was just hanging out with Debbie. An officer finds a bottle of some alcohol, and Debbie blows a .13.

Hiro, Kensei and Yaeko find the swordmith in the tent. He tells them White Beard has an arsenal of guns and he has to destroy them because he showed White Beard how to make guns. Kensei then cuts his chains.

Back to Hartsdale, Bob apologizes Mohinder because what he asked him to do was wrong and he’s dealing with a dangerous person, Adam Monroe. He adds he has someone at his disposal who can make sure there’s no further misunderstandings.

Hiro, Kensei, Yaeko and his father is escaping the camp, but White Beard shoots at Hiro and Yaeko. Hiro suddenly teleports them out to a forest. Yaeko understands that Hiro has a power and realizes Hiro was the one who saved her in Kensei’s armor and everything she loved in Kensei in fact came from him. They kiss, first Hiro doesn’t want it because the space/time continuum and stops time, but then he does. They don’t see that Kensei is watching them.

Alejandro beats Sylar when Maya interrupts. He tells her she’s a killer now because of Sylar, then he adds, next time her eyes blacken, don’t look for his hand, it won’t be there. While Maya is searching for first aid, Sylar tells Alejandro he will kill him.

May tells Claire she’s in the team because Debbie got suspended from the squad for drinking on school grounds.

Back to Odessa, Bennet finds out Ivan had a daughter who died in leukemia, the Haitian wants to take out that memory but Ivan suddenly tells him the paintings are at a warehouse near the train yard. Then Bennet starts to make a mess to look like there was a home invasion and a senseless murder. Bennet shoots him in the head.

Kensei is complaining to Hiro about their kiss with Yaeko. He punches him, and betrays them, so White Beard captured Yaeko and her father and tells Kensei whatever he desires shall be his.

New Orleans: Bob takes Monica home and tells she’s covered now both at work and at home. He gives her some phone numbers and an iPod fully loaded with videos of anything from martial arts to plumbing.

Hartsdale, NY: Niki gives a visit to Mohinder, says she’s well now and works for the Company, his new partner. Turns out she’s the one who Bob talked about.

Bennet and the Haitian are at the warehouse find the paintings. One with Mohinder shooting a gun; one with Claire, lying on the stairs; one with Peter and a man behind a window which has a Biohazard tag on it; one with the virus in a test tube; one with Niki banging a door; one with Mohinder firing a gun, one with Hiro fighting Kensei and one with Bennet’s dead body in it.

Last scene, Peter and Caitlin are at Montreal in front of the door Peter painted in the previous episode. They go in and find a message to Peter from Adam.

Caitlin hugs Peter and the suddenly appear in New York, Times Square, there is no one there.

They find an evacuation note, with a date: June 14th, 2008.
