I think that this “Hunter” will replace Arthur was the “volume villan” (S1 – Linderman .. S2 – Tenko Kensai “Adam” .. S3 – Arthur Petrelli .. S4 – Hunter .. i see a pattern .. either way its said that sylar will go with this new villian and “joy ride along side of him” whatever that menas .. The show is great and this season is a great advancement from S2 .. almost S1 status .. member the 1st season always gets u hooked .. the rest should just keep you tagged along .. meim hooked to this show .. got in trouble at my job for sneeking a episode here and there too .. They stated they want to stop the traveling back in time and forward .. but it doesnt mean they’re gonna kill anyone off .. hope they show sylar actually transferring powers .. or was HRG just wrong andf sylars power are just finding the way things work .. either way i’ll continue watching

What your saying about Prison Break simply isn’t true.

Whilst its general “story” isn’t the strongest (apart from its first season) It still has many twists and turns with great cliffhangers and writing.

I can’t quite say the same for heroes, as much as I’d like to… I feel the past year I’ve been kiddin’ myself expecting it to return to season 1 standards.

what HRG said was that sylar was created in a lab like jessica, tracy and barbara. The petrelli’s are using him as a weapon to fight their war. Its quite simple right there. Sylar’s abilities were created similar to peter’s or aurthurs. So Sylar was created similar to how these SUPERSOLDIERS will be created…

i dont know why all of you complaining? its a great show.. and dont excpect that they will do season one again.. they need to change and do something new… they cant repeat everything. it is a great show and will be better so relex and just watch.. prison break and other shows arent close so good as heroes. they only repeat season one and doing it in another way so just relax and watch…

heya all just wanna say that was a legendary episode dunno what peeps are complaining about, prison break starting to bore me now:( i really hope sylar didnt kill elle but turned back into a villian because the whole idea of the show is peter vs sylar (heroes vs villians) and im starting to think that the five years gone episode is starting to become a reality and hope that the next two episodes top that legendary episode in season 1. just couple of questions… has peter got his powers back? and sylar’s parents are? HEROES KICKS ASS ps loving the music in the beginning and end of the NBC trailer it connects with the feeling of the show

i don’t think sylar is going to save arthur.
Sylar i am guessing tried to look into elle’s mind much like he described to claire, that all the answers are there…the hows and the why and so forth.
i’m hoping that he will find himself betrayed so that he will go on a rampage because as much as i like a villain still being a villain on the good side i like even more a villain once on the good side but now on neither because he’s been betrayed–and is now very..very angry

If they were going to keep Sylar as such a blunt villain, they should never have even thought about him “turning good”

Absolutely retarded, the character – for me at least, is ruined.

Nathans turnover to the darkside could have been better, I didn’t like that it was so “sudden” and that during the argument with Peter in this episode Peter didn’t say something like “Looks like I was right about you choosing dad, even after being told about the Future I saw!”

Instead it was just, “Nathan… nath, nath? Nathan! – Grr!”

p.s: Get better special effects already, ffs season 1 was better… Sylar cutting HRG’s throat and Elles head was ridiculously bad effects – It wasn’t even a cut… simply a trail of Tomato ketchup.

I’ve made up my mind atleast, Heroes was a 1 season hit, the other seasons are mediocre and I much prefer Lost, Supernatural, TSCC & Prison break now.

Perhaps, but so far things seem to be moving into the direction of that future. For instance, Nathan and the super soldiers and future Nathan’s comment to Peter “I know that you don’t trust me”, both imply that he joined Pinehurst in the future.

That being said, it is also possible that in the alternate future, Hiro didn’t save HRG because he didn’t travel to the future himself and see that dark future and thus try to fight Arthur instead of running his company.
In that case, HRG could have died without the “you’re not a Petrelli” ploy. Time will tell if he believes it, but if he does, “he’s no longer special” which is why he could have killed Elle.
In the alternate future, Elle still would be alive but HRG wouldn’t be, so Sylar would feel remorseful about killing HRG and thus call his child Noah.

Sylar being a Petrelli was never actually verified in the future, he just told him they were brothers. It’s possible in the future Angela told him he was her son just like she did in the present timeline.

i agree, elle isn’t dead, sylar stopped. he had the hunger again after getting back his powers in such a fassion, but he realized what he was doin and didn’t finish.
