True, Sylar did make the forehead cut with his telekinesis, but that’s almost the same thing as cutting with a knife, without the knife.

Remember, in episode 18, the Haitian said to Claire, when talking about the Company, “What they will do, not even you can recover from.” Maybe whatever he was talking about was going to be done to Peter, although I suppose not necessarily by the Company. Interesting..
