Hiro could possibly turn ‘villain’ for a while, as we have seen that from season one the Hiro from the future was not very moral in his actions and that something had happened to him to cause this darkness to manifest itself. Something could happen that makes Hiro turn bad but either through scrifice or realisation he would become good again. This is obviously going to be a clash of the titans with Sylar and Peter being back to full strength and they could get even more powers!! They will be the Professor Xavier and Magneto of the Hero’s universe bringing toegether those who would fight with the light and dark…. but there will be betrayals, new friends and enemies more truths revealed and yet more secrets to be discovered.
I can’t wait for this season it will be the best so far!

In response to Dave 19’s comment, Niki’s Split personality has nothing to do with Powers what so ever, so Peter cant absorb it. She just has Super Human Strength.

My personal thoughts are:
Peter may go bad, but he will always end up being a Hero.
Niki will forever be changing
Matt is the most likely to go bad
Nathan will stay good
Maya will be good but always be percieved as bad

I think the major Villian that will arise in Season 3 Villians, will be the child mentioned in Season 1
