Heroes success has been based on the fans getting information outside of the series and that has been helped by the Webisodes NBC have produced. So far there has been Heroes: Going Postal, Heroes: Destiny and most recently Heroes: Recruit (there was also Hard Knox but that was scenes cut from the show and not a web series) but it seems NBC are working on the 4th series and this time with a cast member who is set to star!
The series is in post-production with David H. Lawrence, who plays Eric Doyle on the network series, said to star along with a few other actors crossing over from the main narrative. The web series will pick up where the show leaves off in April on the life of Eric Doyle, the Heroes marionette character.
This sounds pretty awesome and it’s something I can’t wait to see, I really enjoyed the Recruit and if they keep to that quality it will be a sucess!

telekinesis moves anything, puppet control controls bodies only, another reason why sylar is so good at using TK is because he can immedietly wield the full potential of any ability he steals, and i thought he just used TK on doyle, the definition of the ability is to move objects with your mind not hands, brian davis didnt use his hands in six months ago and future peter just nodded his head to pull a plug in five years gone and dragon, sylar is just using TK :S although the sound effect did sound similar
Nope. He’s still alive and kicking. though I think they might of planned to kill him before he became such a HUGE success.

I was surprised Sylar didn’t take his power, you would think Sylar would want to play with his victims before he rips their heads open.
I mean…he did kill a guy whose power was to sign things with his mind because he thought it was “neat”.
Simple. He probably was taught when he was young that one shouldn’t play with one’s “food”.
I was thinking about how sylar used eric doyles power on
lukes mom and i thought maybe he did’nt kill eric but

Sylar doesn’t have puppet control .. he has telekinesis .. he has such good control of it that he can control pretty much anything including a person .. he has always been able to hold a person against the wall and prevent them from attacking or even moving .. Sylar beat Eric’s power of “puppet control” or whatever its called .. with his TK thats it .. and thats all that happened .. i thought he killed him .. sylar steals abilities .. so if he did that with Eric then …
1. Why .. his TK is vastly more powerful at controlling things with his mind then the puppet BS
2. Why would they be making a series on him .. is this a before hand type thing like Knox .. or is this a continuation and then make sense to assume that he would still have his powers
3. If sylar took them or acquired them by Empathy then what did he relate to with Eric and when was this .. he was locked up in lvl 5 and then was released only to hunt Sylar .. so that doesnt seem right to me if he did take them by empathy

I think when he tries his puppet-thing on Sylar it doesn’t work because of Sylar’s Intuitive Aptitude. I think Sylar could see how it works and stopped it. I just think that because of what Sylar says: “You think you.. Can control ME?” hahaha

I’ve watched it and Im not sure if you are right. He could be using the ‘puppet power’ or he could just be using his telekinesis. I don’t think he would take Doyle’s power as he has no real need for it. And as for him taking the silly ‘imprinting power’ that was part of a comic so it doesn’t matter since its all written by different people.
Sylar does not have puppet master ability. Along with Destsruction, his TK is so far advanced he can control peoples actions. Why do you think he is able to hold people against walls? he has no use for this power since his power is far more advanced, hence you think you can control me?
exactly my point .. his TK is so advanced that i dont see a need for him to have it .. i just watched the episode again and your right JB he is still breathing .. didnt catch that the first time .. well this could mean our puppet master might become part of the volume 4 cast or maybe even a re-occuring role in the series .. ill be waitting and watching
just to clarify doyle isnt dead he is in volume 4 doing scenes with claire, second of all i think they (the writers) put peter and sylar back in their original good and evil positions although sylars is questionable with luke (although in the episode titled I Am Sylar i think he kills a major character or Luke) love heroes, and what makes me laugh (and cry at the thought of) is that rumors due to low viewership that heroes season 4 may not happen, they are still doing webisodes – WHICH STILL CANT BE SEEN IN THE UK AND CANT BE DOWNLOADED GRRRRR lol love the show x
i guess the future from season one might come true after all. i heard sylar teams up with the hunter to find a shap shifter? maybe slyar kills this person to get their ability and become nathan? just a thought….altough he still wouldnt have phasing from DL. or radioactivity. wait im confused.
Sylar was using telekinesis to close the mouth of Luke’s mother. He has never done that on the show, so it was something different that’s all. The webisodes of Eric Doyle are supposed to be a continuation after the end of season 3 in April. They have actually already renewed a new season for Heroes, which is exciting. I wonder what volume 5 will be about?
Cant wait for tomorrow’s episode. Looks like we’re gonna see Claire kiss with Alex underwater, see the puppet man again, see Sylar kill Luke maybe (there’s a scene with him pinning Luke to the wall), see Peter and Matt save Daphne, and the hunter is going to go after one of the heroes, maybe Peter or maybe Angela or Nathan (since they both have power technically). This is definetely going to be an episode you don’t want to miss.
