The long wait is finally over, now it’s time to discuss (the excellent) episode #19, and also take a look at the previews (both NBC’s and Global-TV Canada) of next week’s episode of Heroes, episode #20 titled “Five Years Gone“.

apparently at the end of ‘five years later’ every one dies
ans apparently the series is set for a 5 year run so maybe that is the final event of the entier series
I noticed that peter morphed through a door like D.L. so one more power. How many powers does peter have now, anyone know of a list? What is the war jessica is talking about in the Global promo? Hiro looked like Kill Bill on those gaurds. LOL Matt was leading the guys firing so he may be helping in the hunt.
they all lok so cool in the future. See the part where ando (from the future) says “is everything o.k?” Let’s fix it. Nathan is just an asshole. The war is between heroes and “Nathan’s new government” Heroes are called the freeworld but they are being hunted down by Nathan because people were scared after the bobm. Sorta lik the way Mutants are hated. I Think just morphin is better, the vibration thing was kinda corny.

oh that peter that says lets go fix it. He lloks so angry yet cool and in control.

The “America Remembers� with Sylar’s picture implies, to me, that the are blaming Sylar for the explosion, not Peter.

I’m still not 100% sure if it is Peter who blows up.The line ” It was me. The bomb” sounded like him but he could just be talking about his dream. I still think it’s Ted.
At that rate, I can’t see Peter’s powers being able to regenerate him. (Brain?…WHAT brain?!) 
But then, we still don’t know HOW the exploding man explodes. He could just release all that energy and live or he could end up as dust.
And Syl, I agree with you on Jacobs death. I was afraid it would be crap. But, he went out well.
The symbolism got a bit much for me though.
Does anyone think they will bring any of the “dead” characters back? Like Peter’s girlfriend (I was sad that she died so early), or the Hiro’s girlfriend from the diner? What ever happened to HRG’s wife and son? Isnt Hiro’s father associated with the “company” thru Thompson, how does he fit in the picture and how come they didnt take Hiro away since obviously his father is tied to the “company”? Is this show a mirror of the X-Men or what? I love both, so if anyone has any comments, im just throwing them out there….
nathan says to claire “I am the most special one there is” I really think that this is sylar saying this and maybe HE too has the morphing ability. He would have a reason to kill off all the heroes if he had all the power he can handle.

sylar also painted an odd looking nathan in the white house “could this be him”. Which would mean that Linderman also got it wrong, thinking that it was nathan’s destiny, when it was infact Sylar just looking like Nathan
i am 99% sure sylar doesnt have the illusion ability yet

yea Carpejugulum, Issac’s death was kind of a mock “crucifixion” sacrifice(did he shoot up one more time?)….and i’m sure its not Ted that blows up cause he’s just tapping into his powers, learning its not just radiation so i think its peter because Matt asked him “if u exploded, cant u regenerate”? thats a hint to us that if he does explode, he still will live but kill .07% worth of people….
Well im sticking with what happened in the future as my theory, with Sylar being the bomb. ‘Cause heres what i think happened. Ted, Parkman, and Bennett got to NYC, and Ted runs into Sylar, Sylar grabs his powers, and cant control them just like he couldn’t control his super-hearing at first, and since he can’t control it in time, he goes nuclear and blows up. Only difference is, in the future Sylar got Claire’s healing factor, so when Hiro stabbed him he didnt die and the nuke still went off. But in present time, since Sylar doesnt have Claire’s healing, Hiro can stab him and kill him.
As for Sylar being Nathan, it does make a little sense and the clips are pointing in that direction.

Peter should have both Hiro’s and Sylar’s powers.
He has been near them.
Peter DOES have Sylar’s and Hiro’s powers. In .07% he gets all of Sylar’s powers let me tink……..Cryokinesis, Telekinesis, Enhanced Hearing, Liquification (That’s NUTS!), Eidetic memory, add to that Aerokinesis (Nathan), Telepathy (Parkman), Regeneration (Claire), Prophetic Dreams (old Deveaux) and Invisblity (Claude) and he gets Hiro’s power early on in the season. And if he’s banging Jessica five years later, then he’s got Enhanced Strength as well. This promises to be a show and a half. I wish I could FF time to next monday like Hiro,and then rewind and go back and still have the knowledge.
Sylar ‘being’ Nathan, now that’s interesting. Sylar’s more than a match for Candace, so that’s an easy one. But him getting Ted’s power???? That won’t happen without a massive fight, and Sylar will also have to therefore take care of Parkman. It’s not yet Claire’s turn to die, Uncle Peter will protect her.
Interesting what Isaac said to Sylar. ‘They stop you, and you die’ I’d looooove to find out more, but instead i have to settle for all these little teasers until monday
Bring back Claude and Hana. We need some new blood and more powerrs!!!!
