All peter needs to do is absorb the haitians power. That is all he needs. He can then use that power to stop Sylar from using any of his powers. And Wa’La, no more sylar. Peter by far has the greatest powers. And you know wat that means. With great power comes great responsibility. And sometimes too much power can go to the brain. Pardon the pun. Lets just say that somewhere along the lines, Peter will become evil. He will encounter many other Heroes and absorb their powers. I mean why absorb so much power unless it will be used to be abused. I mean look at the Petrelli family. Their family lives for power, regardless of what obstacles they encounter. Lindemans theory of a `Better Future` puts things into perspective for Nathan. That he could achieve world power of becoming the next president. Look at Mrs Petrelli, she will do anything for her son to be governor, even if it means keeping her grand daughter at bay. This is life people. Power, corruption, hate and obsession. This is the life we live in and we know it. And sometimes to achieve great power we have to do very bad things.

So who knows what will happen next. We just have to sit back and let our vision and perception take its roll…

Peter will surely come in contact with Candice as he’ll soon have a shapeshifting ability. Sylar will stick around for season 2 as he will eat the brain of a highly important hero and this superpower is needed in the future.

ok there are a lot of theories on her about all aspects of the show but I have yet to see anyone post anything on how killing Sylar would save the world so here is mine

Peter has not met the nuclear man so he does not have this power yet but in the future you see that both Sylar and Peter have it so what if Peter got it from Sylar
noone ever said who Peter got the power from so if he gets it from Sylar then killing him before he gets that power would mean that Peter would never get the power and NYC is now saved

just one more theory among the dozens I’ve just read hope you like

Can anyone explainÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ how come Claire still wearing the cheerleader outfit in Peter Dream of explosion? As I know, Claire in future doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t wear it neither in present time as she no longer back to school!

Remember Simone in the dream too? ThatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s mean she resurrect! If true, Peter have her power too! Only thing is he donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t know how to use it yet! This will explain to another possible why future Peter didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t die, if Syler is the one who exploded in the first time-line, where Syler got the regeneration power and Peter got resurrection powerÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ Think of itÃ¢â‚¬Â¦.

HmmÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ I think Peter power automatically absorb any power he come close with, like power hungry, without himself noticing until he see it or his power see it in action, then his power start acting like crazy until he canÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t controlÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ which explain at first he only dream of flying, but never know how to use it until his power see Nathan fly up and rescue him from fallingÃ¢â‚¬Â¦

I believe the first power Peter absorb is from Simone fatherÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ the power of dream/premonition which until now he still don;t know how to use it! Coz he never knew he got this power and never see it in actionÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ The power just come turn on when it likeÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ Like he suddenly got dream of self exploded!Ã¢â‚¬Â¦

One more thing I never understandÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ Peter have the power of copying/mimic as soon as the other heroes get contact or near himÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ So, when he meet Syler in the future and start fightingÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ Automatically, Peter will get all the power from Syler as soon as he used it! Done, no need to fight, Peter can kill Syler so easily! HeheheheÃ¢â‚¬Â¦

I think that peter already has all the powers, but can’t use them until he realizes it, sylar’s original power was a DNA makeup that allows him to absorb powers (eating brains is useless, since he already has the power from contact). Eventually sylar will end up with every power that peter does (since he has met peter face to face) and they will have a huge brawl with the fate of the world hanging in the balance, kinda like the neo/agent smith fight from the matrix. That might be how season 2 ends. This is just a theory so i’d love some feedback.

Summary

5 Years ago (A Time)
Peter impersonated Sylar and then exploded.
Before he exploded, Hiro try to kill Sylar (who is actually Peter) but he generated. How?
Future Hiro travel back the time in the train to warn Peter.
Peter got Claire power when he save him from killing by Sylar resulting Sylar do not have Claire power.
Everyone including Hiro assume that Sylar is the one exploded cos Nathan cover it up.

5 Years after (B Time)
Future Hiro thought Sylar is the one exploded & causes NY City to blowed up.
He want to changed things. So he travel back time to 5 years ago which is Time A. That is the reason why what ever happened in Time A was happening! Cos someone from time B actually make it to happened.

Note: Sylar never have Claire power. There is no need to travel back & warn Peter to save Claire. It is just Hiro mistaken Sylar (who is Peter) have the power and must be stop. Thus he travel. He have no idea he is helping nature to shape it’s future.

But
Just assume if Hiro never travel back time, Peter will not save Claire & regenerated. Claire got killed, Sylar undestroyable. Peter got killed in the explotion. NO ONE to stop Sylar who is getting pysotic! So, it is the right things to travel back! Nature is helping the world itself!
Thought NY City still half destroyed, but it is better to let it into the hand of some phycotic killer!

People – we are looking too much at ‘ability’ heroes, and not enough at the real ‘heroes’. Who has no powers, but is kicking a$$?
