I think things will turn out to be somewhat like what it was in Episode 20(the glimpse that we got of the future). Everything is going in that same direction.
Sylar is going to kill the shapeshifting girl(candice wilmer). Well not really shapeshifting, she can just make people see what she wants them to,an illusion, we know this because of episode 21 “the hard part” when mica tries to run away.Mica tries to run away but every door he enters is the same exact room from wich he left.
Sylar didn’t want to kill innocent people but after he kills his mother he goes a bit weirder than usual. Peter is still going to explode because of the powers he gets from ted. The heroes will still beleive that sylar was the explosion because of a few possible reasons:
1. None of them are actually there when the explosion is going to occur. i meen, they are there but don’t actually see peter going nuclear.
2. Sylar will use the powers he got from Candice Wilmer to make everyone beleive that it was him. But i don’t think its this one because why would he do that ?
3. In the episode when ted goes all nuclear in the bennet’s home he turns really bright and i guess you wouldn’t be able to tell that its him. Maybe Peter will go nuclear like that and hero will think its sylar and try to kill him.
I think currently, before the explosion and everything, Linderman beleives that he is going to have something to do with a bomb that will blow up NewYork City. That is why he needs Micah. The art that linderman collects i am 99.99% sure that is of the future. Like the paintings that Isaac drew. Maybe these paintings lead him to beleive he will be a part of the destruction of Ny City. Just like how peter thinks it is himself , and sylar thinks that it is himself. Well i dunno, actually im not very sure about this paragraph that i wrote. Doesn’t sound right
One thing i don’t get though is the scar that future peter has. I wonder what that is from. Wouldn’t he just be able to heal that ? I read some comments before and people speculated that it might be from hero’s sword cuz they think its special , but personally i think the sword is just a sword. Sylar breaks it, theres nothing special about it. It didn’t bring hero’s ability back to teleport and stop time. Hero always had those powers he never lost them, just he didn’t believe in himself ?
Ok anyways, i think after the explosion Nathan is going to cover up the explosion and say that it was sylar and not peter.
Sylar will kill nathan and impersonate him. I think he wants to become the president. His mother in episode 21 was saying that “You can do anything you could even become the president”. After he kills his mother i think he changes and wants to pursuit this. So according to my speculations, he can do this now because he has candice Wilmer’s powers. Sylar may kill linderman.
In the future we saw that Jessica/Nikki was with Peter. So I’m Guessing that DL is going to die, because i don’t see her ditching DL and going with peter. If this timeline is like the future Micah will mostlikely be dead also.
Ok well these are my speculations Please comment cuz i wanna know other people think. Im prolly wrong on all of this , I dont know ![]()

Liderman needs micah so he can rig the votes. In the future episode DL lives, but leaves Jessica, future hero sends DL to HRG to hide but I’m guessing he tells parkman, and then syler kills DL and takes his power, which is how he was able to pull peter thru the wall.

I believe by the end of this next episode, Ted will be dead and Sylar will have his power. At the very end of the American promo, you can see Sylar’s eyes glowing in the same way that 1. Peter’s eyes glow in his dream where he explodes, and 2. Ted’s eyes glow when he is about to explode.
So basically, Ted is dead, and two people have his power. I think that what has to happen - the only thing that can happen - is that both Peter and Sylar have to die. If either one of them live, the bomb happens. Only with them both dead will NYC be safe.
But I have been wrong before.
The other thing that is interesting is that Hiro’s father comes back, and appears to mend the sword? I think it is great how they are easily setting up next season. We all want to know Linderman’s history, Mrs. Petrelli’s involvement with everything, and how Hiro’s dad fits in.

From what I’ve seen Jessica is crying. Holding Linderman…dead? I think they are more connected than we know. Another thing that seems changed to me is the shape of the explosion…the real explosion seems to be above all that smoke….maybe in the air. At the moment I am really confused…maybe Linderman is not that bad

I have two theories:
(1) everything goes as planned as Isaac had predicted; but at the end Hiro travels waaaay back to try to stop it big this time. Thus, same characters (as director mentioned) will appear but much earlier setting the plot for season 2.
(2) ted will definitely not blow up NY. last time he did, it only blew up a house. the magnitude isn’t enough to wipe out the city. it’s either peter or sylar will; though both can still stop each other, and it’s possible we’ll see some twists. why? because isaac’s paintings did not include Molly nor Mr. Linderman himself. also, as time progressed, isaac’s comics started to not have dialogue at all. i think there would be a change in the configuration of time and eventually affect the ending.
both theories are different in substance, but i think first season will turn out ‘not a happy ending’ (in a way that you’ll want to look forward to season2)… whether NY blows up or not
Thanks 4 da previews. This episode seems kewl ![]()

jessica was holding dl, i paused the preview and it was him. secondly future sylar comes back, that has been my theory since ep 20. he will take f hiro’s powers and travel back, he would then have powers from claire, ted, dl, nathan, hiro, and candice in addition to everything he has now. Peter is not the bomb, but i think hiro slices him while he is shapeshifted into sylar, and he is not able to use two powers at once! he could not be invisible and use another power, so he cant heal the wound AND be shapeshifted. We have not seen sylar or peter use two powers at once!! my theories so far.
Here’s my finale:
Hiro grabs whomever is about to explode and takes him in the pst (I mean the REAL past… dinosaurs and stuff). there, whomever explodes goes nuclear without killing anyone. Hiro either dies or comes back to th present a little bit burned up…
Did I mention “evolution” ? well perhaps the explosion “in the past” could cause many cataclysms such as the extintion of all dinosaurs and the triggering of the evolution process (that will inevitable justify the present day.
Is season centuries in the past? it could be
this sound crazy but HEROES is SO inspiing!
a salute to the best show on TV!

Sylar wants the bomb to go off, because he now knows that it will set of a chain of events that will put him in the President’s seat. However, he clearly can’t explode without Claire’s power. Nor can he just let Peter explode. If he obtain’s Candice’s illusionment power, then he benefits by everyone thinking he’s dead–allowing him to move into power silently.
Hiro doesn’t have the power to change the future. Originally, Sylar exploded and lived due to his regeneration ability. Now, Peter explodes–appearing to everyone else as Sylar–and still moves into powere. No matter what Hiro does, the explosion occurs and Sylar moves into power. Sylar will not die until season 5–perhaps due to some the event in Episode 20.
To support my Peter-looking-like-Sylar theory, recall that in Peter’s dream, Claire runs up to him, then shakes her head and runs away. Why would she do this? I guess you could argue that she backed off from killing him, but I think it’s because she got closer and saw Sylar.
On another note, it’s interesting that his motivation to take people’s powers stems from a unaffirming mother with high expectations. Now that he’s killed her, he’ll have an intense drive to become president in order to–in his mind–wash his hands of her blood. He’s going off the deep end now.
Not sure about Linderman and Mrs. Petrelli. Maybe they hope that the bomb will put “supers” into power which may allow them to live “normal” lives. Maybe he just wants powere. I don’t know. I don’t think we’ll really know until next season.

jacobo:
We saw Sylar use two powers at once in Monday’s episode. He created snow with his freezing power, and then lifted the snow globes using the telekinesis.
Also, when Peter started going a little crazy after Claude pushed him off the roof, all of his powers were firing off at the same time before he got knocked out.

Whoever said that Sylar will kill Ted and take his power, I don’t think that can happen. It seems that when Ted is in a near death situation he gets pretty ‘uncomfortable’.. I don’t think Sylar can live through that. Ted also seems to be relatively offensive with his power, I don’t think he would go down without a fight, and I don’t think that it would be very difficult for him to kill Sylar if he wanted to.
Kevin, I don’t understand why one of the key events is Sylar moving into power. The bomb going off I can see; that’s one of the things that has to happen in the grand scheme of things, but to me anyways Sylar seems relatively disposable. He is a threat to be sure, but I don’t see why you’d think that no matter what Hiro does, Sylar moves into power unless I’m just missing something. I think he’s pretty close to becomming insane, and I don’t think an insane person can fool the world into thinking that something isn’t right.
I think that Linderman and Mrs. Petrelli want the explosion to happen so that people with abilities will be able to come forward and make livings with what they can do, and with Nathan as their puppet (more or less) they will be able to have a huge say in what goes down in the near future.
Slightly off topic, but I really didn’t like how Sylar was able to kill DL at some point and take his ability. How can he kill someone who can become intangible? I know he has telekinesis, but I think something has to actually be tangible in order to grab it, whether it’s with your mind or your body. DL is a smart dude, he’s been hiding from people for a long time, so I don’t buy the “Sylar snuck up on him in teh street lol” thing.
Anyways, can’t wait for the last 2 episodes.. or for Season 2 for that matter. I think it’s safe to say that when talking about Heroes, anything can happen!
Sean
Sylar can take Ted’s or DL’s power as quickly as he took Charlie’s. If you remember, he sliced off Charlie’s head and took her brain in a matter of seconds, and she didn’t make a peep.

All I can say so far is, I’m glad that guy got one in the head!!! LOL
