omg i loved it my favorite part was when niki hit sylar lol that was my favorite part of all lol but i was sad when Nathan had to fly him and Peter to the sky (maybe or maybe not) killing them both.And omg what the hell is Nathan and Peter’s moms power cause they said she has one.And omg who is this big bad that molly is so afraid of and and does sylar work for him is that why he was dragged into the hole.Damn cant wait till next season lol am gonna buy the dvd when it comes out in august.

We don’t know what happened to Nathan after he flew up in the sky with Peter. He could have flown away from Peter before the explosion, or who knows what else. We won’t know that until the cast list for season 2 is out. I suspect though that he survived.

It looked like George Takei was the lone samurai carrying the “Godsend” banner of Kensei. Will they think Hiro had something to do with the eclipse?

Any significance to the cockroach on the manhole cover where Sylar escaped? It looks like the same one that was in the scenes at the paper factory when Sylar and Parkman were being held prisoner. The cockroach is also referenced by Mohinder in his class lecture in episode 1.

Just a thought. After seeing Hiro’s dad as Kensei at the end, I though about the whole mutants turning into immortals when they die, from Marvel comics. Remember the Kensei story of when he stabbs himself. However, clearly it was him as Kensei at the end, and when he saw his reflection in the sword in the last episode. Kensei, Linderman dying, Deveaux’s death. Hanna’s comment about a new beginning. Perhaps that many of them are immortal, as well. I hope Marvel comics are getting royalties off of this show.

Just wondering what you think about this. When mooly talks about the one who can see her when she looks for them I could only think of two characters.Deveaux and Claude. Deveaux, although he is dead, seems to be perpetuating the action as well as Claude. And Claude seems very sinister in one of Peters flash backs as he is laughing over and over as he is about to blow up.
Claude also seems like he knows far more than he should for a person who can just turn invisible.

My guess for next season is that peter completely loses his memory in the beggining of next season, and therfore he loses the ability to use all of the powers that he has claimed. Including the nuc power.
Also it is pretty clear that either Hiro or his Father will become the legendary Samari. My guess is it is his Father. And Hiro has to train him.
This would be a nice role reversal as well great story line as the two heros save japan.
