Has n e 1 thought MAYBE Angela could be the “big bad” molly is afraid of? I think molly had refered the big bad as a “him”, but that isnt exactly her power is it? to distinguish between man woman. Angela obviously has some kind of power or could be working directly under this super boogyman. i dunno. it would make sense for this person to be revealed as someone who has already been established in the first season, delivering a huge “OMG! *NAME* was the big bad all along!”

  4. Brianna says:

and i also think that was the person who helped sylar into that whole but did yall notice that sliver stuff on side walk where his blood was. Didn’t he take that power from someother guy???

Just a note about the future. Remember, the Five Years Gone episode came on the heals of the String Theory comic. In string theory, there are many possible futures. I think Hiro and Ando travelled to the most likely future based on their current actions.

Furture Hiro never saw his future change because he’d already lived it. His going back in time to save the cheerleader did save the Present Hiro’s “string,” but Future Hiro’s string will never change. And now that the present string is decidedly different, I don’t think we’ll ever get a visit from the same Future Hiro again (unless Hiro has the ability to jump strings).

With all that being said, we can no longer rely on episode 20 for evidence as it no longer applies.

I agree with another post, the nuclear explosion doesn’t kill Peter, because that’s part of the power–just as Ted didn’t die. I think Nathan died. In fact, it’s important that he died, because it will be a big motivator for Peter. I agree that Peter will have amnesia in season 2.

Sylar is alive, although I find it strange that no one noticed him disappear. There is a bigger and badder villian in the scenes, but I don’t think it’s anyone we’ve met. Linderman is dead; even Peter couldn’t regenerate from that kind of brain damage.

D.L. and Parker will live. Niki and Jessica are merging. Ando will experience his string’s future. Noah and Claire will begin the work to help specials. Ms. Petrelli will continue Linderman’s work, and probably attempt to brainwash a traumatized Peter.

I liked the preview of Hiro in feudal Japan. At first I thought that Hiro turns out to be Kensei, but I am taking sides with another commenter that Hiro’s father is immortal and was the original Kensei all along. Perhaps his father is even responsible for introducing special people into existence after having gained his immortality from the dragon — assuming the story has some truth to it.

    Anyway, just some fleeting thoughts.

Here is something to think about….in order to stop EVERYTHING, all Hiro had to do was tell anybody else to kill kill Ted before Peter ever met him, and there would be no bomb to talk about.

  7. ace says:

what happened with the big lizard/dragon?

  8. ace says:

opps..and linderman said he took out an insurance policy on ……

so what do you guys think of candace and her potential or what part she might play/ed

NOBODY HAS NOTICED THE ULURU FACT RIGHT?

In the HEROES WIKI page (from WIKIPEDIA) it is explained that ULURU (the villian from the comics 9th Wonders) also has a mythological aspect. HE is suposed to be an enhanced DINGO. akind of Dog… He is known as ULURU the invincible… When SYLAR drags himself to the manhole, the blood stain he left behind looks like a man sporting a “Dog or WOlf” Skin on himself.

SYLAR = ULURU… maybe not the huge Rock monster…but a meaner more powerfull version of himself.

  11. ARM says:

aaaaalso, although I would LOOOVE for PETER and NATHAN to have survived… and it is posible due to th regeneration of peter’s body and the fact that Nathan’s “Sonic flight” could’ve helped him out of harms way probably if Peter inssted he let go almost at the time of exploding… I think it wol take away meaning to the deaths.

Every Heroe must be able to have SELF SACRIFICE. and if yousacrfice yourself and then come back…it kind’a diminishes the death…

  12. Bob says:

Heres the plain truth peters not dead thats all i know and volume 2 is mostly related around relitives and freinds of the heroes. And some new heroes. Peter is oviosly alive becuase even after he explods he may be “dead” but his power kicsk back in and he would regenrate. For nathan im pretty sure hes dead…

  13. Bob says:

I agree with arm he has a very good point about Uluru. Uluru is seen in so many parts in the heroes series such as Uluru is the subject of one of Isaac’s paintings.

Uluru appears on the cover of the 9th Wonders! comic book, Issue #13, which Micah reads.

The same picture of Uluru is on Hiro’s computer screen saver at Yamagato Industries.

While high on heroin, Isaac has a vision of Uluru. The rock monster menacingly stands over the painter asking, “Isaac? What have you done?”

Uluru appears on Micah’s background for his computer.

He is oviously a hidden factor in this with sylors blood being shaped as a dingo.

  14. Arm says:

Actually i would not mind peter alive cuz he’s always guilt ridden so if he saved the world at the cost of Nathan’s life, it would still make him sorta sorry and all depressive lol so Peter i can take… Nathan not so much. I love the way the roach is at the end of the episode too. the roach simbolizing both small defenceless creatures… like Sylar when injured and also simbolizing all that is perfect in a aspecies. radiation resistance, surviving months without food. weeks without head etc. technichally Sylar and peter became human versions of God. except Peter could not control his powers and Sylar althouht intuitively able to control them he was uncontrolable himself. giving into urges etc and also having to prey on others for mere self betterment. they are the maximum potential Darwin talked about. and even then…they were not perfect.
