this happened to two of my fav shows and both of them ended on bloody cliff hangers!
why cant the people who came up with the show idea write it themselves? saves money, time and the fraying patience of viewers!?

I believe that writers have a right to go on strike! Without good script, Heroes would have never become such an amazing show! I support writers in a way. On the other hand if you look at the movies which came out this and 2 previous years, you will notice that they are a complete rubbish! Where are the great Hollywood movies??? (there were exceptions such as Bourne trilogy however they completely ruined the third POTC!) So in a way again, if you cant come up with a good ideas for the movie, don’t ask for the pity!

Season 2 was a massive disappointment, no sense of the same energy and mounting excitement that there was in Season 1. Can’t really be bothered with Season 3.

I’m from Germany, i like the Show. And i understand when they’re striking for more Money. We do that in Europe too. It is the Normal thing of business. So Whenever that Strikes Ends, Please go to your Jobs again and write the third Season. There are a lot of Fans who likes the Show. I know it’s a hard job, i got one of my own. The only Thing is, when you don’t start writing soon, the Show gets cancelled, and then your Job and that of the Actors is cancelled too. The Big Bosses get a new Show, they won’t mind. It is the Fans who get pi… off.
So i beg to those big Bosses, get some Money loose, you gain enough. Let the Fans gain what they deserve too. It is after all the Fan Who Pays for everyone and thing.
To the Writers i only hope you get a open Mind and take whatever you get more.

Maybe i was a bit to hard on the writers…. yes i think you should get more payed!!! but i think it’s not resonable to compare it to the actors or the bosses like explained above…
And i do think the bosses can come up with the money, since there are no costs as soon as the episode is done it’s means sit back and cash in, and the stream of money goes on and on.
so for my one best, please stop striking and go back to work and bosses strat paying!!!
for the opinion from the writers, keep it up, and fight for your rights.

It’s ok to have a strike but it’s not ok to bother a whole world with it. the american shows are broadcasted acros the globe, when our bus drivers strike, we don’t bother the whole world with it as well.
yes, they are entitled to gain profit of there work, but this is the beginning of the end, if this strike works were will the end be, wenn wil the writers claim it’s enough.
who’s next the sound tech boys?
by the way the season 2 is great, i like the fact that they took the time to explain some facts from season 1. as sson as there wil be new episodes the story will likely be twisted so that the show can simply contineu, eventhough it will be season 3.
just for the record, in every company there is the same shit, the people wo accutalty do most of the work, fabricating, selling whatever are allways the ones who get the lowest pay. don’t compare the salary of a actor with the writers. i don’t compare my salary with the executive director’s.
I the series would have been bad, it’s the actors who don’t get a new job not the writers!!! if i do my work bad it’s the boss who goes bankrupt not me, i find a new job and carry on.
maybe the writers should do the same……

Not sure if anyone else has heard this but I’m in Houston, Texas and there is Rumor that the strike may end today due to Leno paying out of his pockets his staff to go back to work. I’m sure NBC will have to move on some kind of agreement and end this strike. I’ve got my fingers crossed.

to be honest this was bound to happen. how many times do we see great shows get cut short because of greedy fucking writers who alredy make a lot of cash from the show and still want more. how about they do millions of fans a favour and get back to work so that we can enjoy our show. Heroes has the potential to become one of the greatest ever series and could match lost and prison break.

Why dont the stupid Networks just pay up and ive the writers the good money they deserve! This strike is really really petty. The networks are making so much money through both people actually watching the episode on tv and buying the season box sets of tv shows. So why, WHY, do fans who are so unbelievably addicted have to put up with half a season as a full season?
