Back at the early episodes Mamma Petrelli said that their father had illusions of invincibility, so I always assumed that was his power.

I noticed watching last week episode that dialogue between linderman and Nathan… but It was a bit odd, because it was contradicting an entire arc of the heroes comic…

I know that maybe it isn’t the right place to post a theory, but I think that Papa Petrelli might not be the real father… and that line verified me this.

Nathan is a Congressman not a Senator

The main question from the pilot – and pretty much every episode since – has been whether Nathan values Peter more than being a Senator. I am sure there are others, but that is the most important to the finale, IMO.
