Who, besides Peter and HRG, is close to Claire’s heart?

See the thing that no one has stated is that peter can control his power. So if she kills Peter he may just choose not to regenerate.

Okay, in “5 yrs gone”, Mohinder said to Hiro “I’m sorry” before he injected the Haitian instead of Hiro.
Remember back to Company Man where claire too the tranquilizer (or whatever)from HRG and said she could do it, meaning she wouldn’t be harmed…maybe she will have to tranquilize Peter, cause she is the only one he can trust…

Perhaps Claire has to face the tough choice of letting Nathan go to his brother Peter. Peter goes out of control, and Nathan takes the big sacrifice and walks out to Peter where he flies them both up and out of harms way. Claire is the one that has to be strong enough to either let Nathan go or talk Nathan into making that sacrifice.
Naturally, Peter survives the explosion. Nathan does not.

Maybe Claire will actually betray Peter (and tell everybody where he is and that he’s the bomb)
and than Nathan flies him away.
One thing: has been said that Present Peter
can use only one power at the time. That might explain the scar on Future Peter’s face.
I apologize for not having a quote handy, but I’m almost positive that I read an interview where it specified that the dream was very much supposed to be a dream, and not a complete premonition…there may be things that help us figure it out an all (like possibly Claire saying sorry), but for the most part it was limited as far as the precognition goes. I’ll try and find a quote for that.
My theory, and it was probably mentioned before but I don’t feel like reading 20 comments. She will ask Nathan to sacrifice himself for everyone else in New York. That’s why Nathan’s running towards Peter. He will grab peter and fly away with Nathan.

that must be some sort of premonition.
We already know that every ‘original’ Hero will be in the season finale (that includes Simone and Isaac). That’s a scenario pretty close to Peter’s ‘dream’…isn’t it?

Actually Sylar never exploded it was peter who exploded in future also. Remeber in that scene with niki ,peter confesses that he was the one who killed micha during the explosion. And i dont think Nathan gets killed during the explosion with peter becoz in future sylar had the power(flying) of nathan. From that it is clear that nathan was killed by sylar not by peter’s explosion.
No offenses but you are all hopeless
1. Hiro wants to kill Sylar because he was influence by others in the future to think Sylar is the one who causes the explosion. Therefore, I’m sure that Peter’s scar did not come from Hiro.
2. I agree with you Zeus_rana, Syler is the one who kills Nathan.
3. Yes, Peter dreams, but he has premonition too, this is further discuss in episode 10.
4. There is a slight chance that Clair betrayed Peter, but i highly doubt that. The reason i think Clair said sorry was that she failed him, failed to save him or a sign of pity.
5. No Clair doesn’t know how to kill Peter, but it doesn’t mean that nobody does. The reason when Clair takes the glass out of Peter’s head is because she knows how her power works; remember, she also had something sticking out off her head too. *rape*
One thing that bugs me… even in the future Clair’s regeneration power is not as strong as Peter; she couldn’t regenerate when Sylar saw her brain off.
I not trying to be mean but some off you might just need to review your episode again. No hard feelings.

people where have you been lookin at these past twenty episodes? sylar never exploded, hiro going back in time didnt change anything and claire never died in neither timeline. a cheerleader died thats all hiro knows, and a cheerleader still dies in both timelines, the only reason that hiro believes that the cheerleader who died is claire is that probably claires father told him that she died because he didnt want anyone to find her. hiro thinks that the exploding man is sylar (because nathan said that to america to protect his brother), that proves that he doenst know nothing. sylar never got claires power cuz the minute he cuts her, she regenerates right back, like peter regenerated before. tha only way for him to get her power is to kill someone that has an hability like the hatian, that can stop peoples powers. in both timelines it was peter who exploded (as we saw last episode) and the guy that aproaches peter when he is about to explode probably isnt nathan , but sylar transformed, after killing the girl that can transformed herself into other, like he said he did kast episode when he was talking to claire( remenber he said that a girl made him able to become president. sylar never got the exploding dudes power cuz if he did, peter wouldnt be able to absorb it from him, and thus short circuit and blow the brains out of everyone. i sincerely hope that the mystery doenst end here, cuz i have no ideia how they are going to fix this mess, maybe future peter come back in time after defeating (or not) future sylar and prevents his past self from blowing up. or maybe suresh will share with someone that it was his father who told sylar what he was, and someone goes back to that that and kills either of them, preventing the whole thing.
but at least two things im sure
a) peter obviously has an encounter with claires mom, the fire lady ( he was able to summon fire during last episode.
b) and sylar is going to die for sure, cuz in issac told sylar that he knew that he was going to die and in issacs comic that was found in the future predicted that suresh had to save hiro by killing the haitian, proving that our hiro will do thing that the future hiro didnt do in the past( future hiro obviously never went ot the future and met his future-future self in that timeline-string room)

well clair knows if sumtyhing is jammed in the brain (of someone who can regenerate) they die untill its removed maybe he starts to exsplode she can get close enough coz she can heal stabbed him in the head so he bassically shuts down then removes it later or sumthing it may also be how he gets the scar but then again i think it would have to be sumthing more big scaled to stop the bomb i think stabbing peter in the head is a bit to obvious
The anonymous poster above is right we are all hopeless ecspecialy him/her. None of knows what will happen that’s why we post theories and not ANSWERS. There are fundamental flaws in all of the “Heroes” powers take Nathan for example, he can fly right? That’s his only “known” power well if you could fly he would also need to have regenerative powers after all crusing at 30,000ft going oh say 300mph you wouldn’t be able to breath the air is too thin, you would freeze the air is too cold, the friction of the air traveling over your body would most likely rip your skin off, and God forbid you encounter a bird strike while your flying around *messy* did any one notice when Nathan landed in the desert out side the diner where Hero was that he skidded across the sand in his bear feet and then hopped around like his feet were hot??? And yet he can withstand the same forces put on him while flying…….come on….try sticking your head out the window going 60mph down the interstate and see if you can keep your eyes open. Same w/ Claires mother….generate fire…doesn’t get burned…..as for Peter only being able to manifest one power at once see reason Nathan shouldn’t be able to fly….if peter can go generate fire in the future, or nuke himself up, or fly then he can heal himself as he gets hurt. The point is it’s a story, it’s full of holes…..one more thing where would one get the physical energy to nuke a city or flame up or fly any way is nathan drinking jet fuel? Does peter have a stick of plutonium up his bum? Or do they just eat 300 big macs a day, atleast Superman got his powers from our yellow sun……NOW THATS BELIEVABLE!
Brainy has a good point. the story is full of holes and gaps. and most of the abilities displayed in heroes seem impossible. but that cant be proven cuz no one has them right. thats why the is a FICTIONAL show, but a very good one nonetheless, which represents one possible future off human evolution.
about flying, i can say that a plane doesnt get any bumps when it is flying due to air pressure and etc… but what happens if you hit it with a small hammer?…
its all relevant.
sure there are a lot of gaps, but the show has just begun, and they hopefully will be filled over time..
btw anyone has already understood wht is sylar’s power actually?
i cant be like peter’s cuz if it was he wouldnt need to suck the brains out of people.
i think his power is to be able to understant how things work, and he understands how the human brains works and changes himself to be able to use the powers.. i remember that chandra suresh told him that the constant changes that he was making into his dna could be dangerous…
