if that was the case, then history is repeating itself, only this time it is happening in NYC. I also remember Nathan’s mom saying, “In my time, we called it being presidental” or something like that…. Maybe President Truman had powers too..
I remember hearing on the radio that Hiro wouldn’t even be around in the next season because we was exploring a different century.
about claire… you can see her running with blood on her clothes and after observing various clips of tomorrow’s episode, i’m sure it was caused by jumping out a window after having a discussion with nathan and mama petrelli ( something to do with the explosion). and like in peters dream, you can see claire running to him, but she stops, looks at peter and realises its to late. she has something to tell him that can prevent him from blowing up.
in the dream she fails….lets see if she succeeds this time.
in 5 years gone episode, when peter blew up, nathan was still alive, and he told the world sylar was the responsable one for blowing up N.Y. attemping to clear peters image and probably his own. nathan was killed after that. it’s the plan sylar saw in his paintings and after meeting with his mom, how he could become president.sylar cant kill nathan. he just won the elections and is on his way to the white house. sylar needs this, and only after being acused can he become president.making me think that, like peter’s mom, sylar wants the bomb to go off.
another aspect… moma petrelli has the power of persuasion…like sylar/nathan in 5 years gone when talking to mohinder about killing hiro…you can see it in the preview when she’s talking to nathan.she puts her hands in nathans back and he agrees with her.
pssst, sylar didnt had persuation powa in 5 yrs gone, mohinder didnt killed hiro, he just lied to him, cuz he ends up killin hatian, didnt he?, everything is the last comic of isaac ;D!!, and i dont think mrs petrellu have persuation, she jsut talk nice to her children, i would like to think that she have a similar power than mr doveaux or however, because “she know everything that happen with her sons” didnt she?
Don’t know if anyones noticed but the sword hiro is holding is the one that ando had at the end of landslide so ando probably dies. Also,sylar and peter are most likely on a rooftop as shown in the previews which is why everyone is looking up.
Going along as Jeremy said, the handle of the sword that Hiro is holding is similar to the one that Ando was holding while reading the comic book back at the end of “Landslide”.
And this is just really funny, but the little girl that Nikki is holding on to, she’s laughing… or smiling… haha!
There are at least two people in this thread claiming that Claire was saved because Hiro went back in time.. But doesn’t anyone remember that Claire was NOT dead in the future? She was alive, but Hiro didn’t knew that.
Sometimes I wonder if these people actually watch the episodes with their eyes open..
I think sylar is the one who blows up!!! Remember, he was the one who said “Boom” at the end of 1×22
Come on Elmer, perhaps you need to rewatch that episode. The only reason Claire was alive in the future is because Future Hiro went back to tell Peter on the subway to save her. Otherwise, Peter never would have been there to save her. Future Hiro changed his past by telling Peter.
In Future Hiro’s timeline, Sylar had killed her, taking her power and regenerating after Future Hiro (in his timeline’s past) stabbed him after the election and before the explosion. There is no reason why Future Hiro SHOULD know that Claire is alive until Present Hiro, in the new timeline, returns to the past to stab Sylar. Present Hiro had not done that yet when the two Hiros met in the future.
Let me clear things up. In the future, the original alternate timeline actually had Sylar blow up, but at the time he had Claire’s power, thus regenerated after being stabbed by Hiro.
Then, Hiro went back in time, and got Claire saved, thus, Peter blew up instead, with Nathan covering him up. This means that as soon as Future Hiro came back to the future, things had changed, just that the bomb still happened. Whew.
That also means, that although Hiro was trying to change the future, the end result would be the same. He couldn’t save Charlie, and he couldn’t stop the bomb. But, the future isn’t written in stone, only the past, and thus although Future Hiro won’t sopt it, Present Hiro can, since at that time it never happened yet. Double Whew.
Wonder if YOU watch the eps with your eyes open…

No one else but me thinks that Linderman might have planted a REAL nuke as an insurance policy?

hmm so i’m guessing Masi, Hayden and Sendhil will surely be back in Season II: Generations They’re the model on nbc.com just take a look! So I’ll be seeing a lot more of Hiro and Claire! Yatta! Oh and by the way CHRIS where did Sylar read Mohinder’s list? As I remember Peter came too early for Sylar to read it, that’s why he said to Mohinder when he was dangling on the ceiling: “I’m not finished with you yet” so maybe he wasn’t able to read all or maybe he couldn’t have read any part of the list yet because he already heard Peter coming in for Mohinder. Just a thought. –,
