No,dude. That’s a different timeline. Peter hasn’t met with Claire yet. He has the ability in the present(or past acording to this episode). If future hiro doesn’t tell peter to save the cheerleader, he wouldn’t have met her. That’s why he doesn’t have the regeneration ability yet.
It’s supposed that in the future the Claire is dead, so, peter never meet her, that is the reason cuz Peter have that scar.
read the graphic novel. hiro thought that saving claire would stop the bomb. but all it did was change from sylar being the bomb to peter. everything is the same.

Its not a different time line as Hiro as just gone 5 years into the future. He wont appear in a different 5 years, so peter should have claire’s healing ability …. maybe the power that caused the scar is more powerful then claire’s healing ability and that is why it is there.
Claire as pictures of her in the future with brown hair so she cannot be dead ..yet.
