We tried to -roughly- translate in English the article and this is the result:

The couple preferred to remain anonymous.
Exploring the scene in more detail, they discovered dozens of corpses, which showed a flimsy substance in the area of the eyes.
“We saw the populated area from the top of the mountain and decided to go down and supply on water.” As they entered the place there was no sign of life. It was as if life and the course of the world had stopped.”
A group of doctors has been sent to the area, but the cause of the tragedy has not yet been announced.
The area, that was for a long time believed to serve as the hideout for the Borjas Cartel, is also known to be rich in natural resources.
Many of the natives that live in those regions speculate the residents of the populated region were used as pawns in a dispute between the Borjas and a group of developers trying to gain posses of part of this remote area.
No survivors have been found at time of publication.

Final note: if it wasn’t for the mention of “West United States” those hikers might have easily been “new Heroes” Maya and Alejandro, still they could have lied about their nationality.

Jimmy, I think it’s fairly obvious based on the fact that Charles Deveaux knew of Peter’s trip to the past in the season finale, that Charles was the one with the precognitive abilities, and that Peter absorbed them through him.

This clearly has something to do with Maya, the new character played by Dania Ramirez, see supposedly has destructive powers that is why she is on the run and she is from Central America.
As for Mama Petrilli. I think she is Fusor too. The story takes place in Paris and she speaks French. Not to mention that when they were trying to send Claire away they wanted to send her to Paris.
No, the events from the “Golden Handshake” thing were 17 years ago, and the woman in the story is not as old as Mama Petrelli would have been. Also, she was already friends with Linderman at that time, who runs the Company.
what are you refferring to as far as peter having precognitive dream states. he recieved his precognitive ability from isaac and when he was in a coma it was the power active, showing him the future.

No dude, remember on the first episode Peter saw himself flying. And in the episode “six months ago” Peter saw his brother’s car accident, and by that time he hadn’t met with Isaac yet.
Peter’s Precog ability is still a mistery in the series, we don’t know from who he absorbed it.
