Four scenes, plus a behind-the-scenes clip, from next Monday’s episode of Heroes.
Preview scenes: Nathan tells Peter that he needs to be part of the plan – Suresh tells Peter about the antidote – Ando wants to inject himself – Sylar questions Claire’s motives.
Behind-the-scenes: Mohinder, Peter and Sylar fight

Well now we know why Ando “attacked” Hiro in the future. He wasn’t attacking Hiro, he was supercharging him. Perhaps Arthur didn’t completely get rid of Hiro’s power, he just put it on mute, do Ando can get Hiro’s power to work (for a short time at least).
Nathan suddently being this evil…
Now lets compare that to Season 1 and Season 2’s finale, where Nathan completely unconditionally loves his brother.
Besides the above, good episode!
wow. excellent episode last week, but the finale I must say was an absolute disappointment
Super episode! The previous future episodes are coming true, more or less… Exciting! Maybe that’s why Hiro didnt stop time or teleport away from when Ando killed him in the future…
@Noah Baudee – Interesting theori you’ve got going… Maybe your right about the supercharging of Hiro in the future.
@CorrosionX
haha, yeah, Ando is now officially the super sidekick, he can power up whoever he is with
Would powering up Peter allow him to absorb anyone’s ability who is within say, a 100 mile radius? ^^
Nathan isn’t “evil”. The villains tend to know they’re villains. Nathan believes what he’s doing is best for the world. Even if it is the wrong choice
No, Nathan is evil – Sure he believes hes “protecting the world”
But its idiocy that he does this by giving AMERICAN TROOPS the formula – Thats just powering up 1 side of the several, and besides that – I recall him saying to Peter after having his life saved “It’s not what I would have done.”
That was stone cold, and more than enough proof the guy is evil :p
Comparing his action in the second half of this volume to the previous too – It doesn’t fit.
The only reasons for this could be one of the following;
Peter shot him, even if it was a “Future Peter” – Might have triggered some mental breakdown – Another would be that he died, and was resurrected by Peter unknowingly – Could have changed him, being “reborn” and all.
Unless those are the causes of his recent personality change, I’d personally draw it up as bad writing and the overall destruction of a brilliant fictional character!
All i have to say on the Nathan being bad is .. Good! .. the future is happening .. peter’s scar .. nathan being politically involved (although he’s just Senator now .. he will become the president im sure) .. i hope in turn to see maybe Peter leaving to the past this next volume .. although i heard they were going to stay away from the time travelling thing for a while .. I agree with Tracy being gone from the show .. her charater is useless and boring .. i liked that they showed Micah .. i liked him in season 1 and thought he could be used again .. wouldnt mind seeing him in Vol. 4 .. But i feel something has to happen that will cause people to forget about the “special people” .. maybe a supercharged ando at the end of the volume hits the haitian and he is able to erase the incident from people’s mind .. or maybe they will go back and change it once more .. but i can see them leaving it like everyone in the world knows about these special people and its just “kool” with everyone .. and i also want to see why or who peter was running from in the beginning of vol. 3 .. and does that mean that the future with sylar happen as well .. or did that change due to the circumstances of what happened after peter took sylars abilities .. which in my opinion why they took them away in the first place .. to start from the begining with peter and his abilities .. Sylar will be in swat gear this next volume .. is that what his dad does? .. or is it part of some sceme to grab another ability or kill one of his archenemies (peter, HRG, claire) i personally like the WTF they made me do this season .. lots of things i tought they’d include which they didn’t and lots of stuff i thought they’d never get back to which they did .. i think they tried to much in so little time that they will just stick to what has worked so far .. let me point is out
1. Sylar is bad!!! .. they tried to show u a past, present and future with him good .. everyone hated it and wanted sylar as the main villian for the show .. so sylar is bad!!
2. People like powers .. they took Hiro’s, Claire’s and most importantly Peter’s and Sylar’s powers away from them .. the three main charaters .. and even though it made for a few suspensefull episodes .. they sucked and we couldn’t wait from the powers to return ..
3. They always included another villan besides sylar .. Vol.1 was Linderman .. Vol.2 was Adam Monroe .. Vol.3 was Arthur and Vol.4 wont be Nathan but the government
These things work .. stick with that .. not sure how Hiro will get his powers back but .. I’m tired of them making Hiro such a goof ball .. he saves the world but its almost like by accident .. Hiro has pontenial .. he lacks confidence and focus .. something that i hope he’ll gain in the furture .. (i remember furture Hiro from Vol.1) really hopes he turns into his future self .. So Ando could have been supercharging Hiro for something instead of killing him .. so many questions so little answers and almost no time .. this has been my 2 cents
Some things bothering me.
Does nathan really think Peter, Peter or Sylar can’t escape a government facility? lol – I know hiro doesn’t have time travel atm, but Nathan clearly doesn’t know that being as he gave Hiro’s profile to the President.
If he thinks Hiro still has time travel, he should think Peter can reacquire it.
Another thing – thats not Peters scar – its simply on his cheek whilst his other scar went straight from one side of the face, over the nose and around the eye, to the other side of his forehead.
Regarding who’s peter running from in volume3 ep 1 – Thats the Haitian, its clear he and claire were partners, and thats how he couldn’t fly / run super fast and so on away. (Also justifies why he was running away, any other scrub he would have just overthrown)
I hope Nathans “evil ness” is explained in depth because its not cutting it for me – There needs to be a huge reason for it being triggered because he actually sacrificed himself in Season 1 for Peter – and in Season 2 he was big time depressed from Peters “departure”
I recall a scene where Nathans speaking with Peter in season 1 saying such things like “I don’t know what I am without you”
and now, the last line he said was (after peter saving him) “It’s not what I would have done”
It better get explained!
Peter, Hiro and Sylar*
> Does nathan really think Peter, Peter or Sylar can’t escape a government facility?
Sure. Pump them up with tranquilizers or other drugs that prevent them from concentrating and they can’t use their abilities.
Thing is, does Nathan even have access to those drugs? or even know what they are? were they specifically made by the Company for the Company?
and even then – Sylar was drugged up and managed to escape the cell Peter put him in.
This question isn’t about heroes. It is about milo ventimiglia who plays peter petrelli. I personally love him and think he is a great actor but the people i talk to about him says that he only is a ok if not bad actor… So i was wondering, wht do you guys think?
