kohaxx – Hana Gitelman lost her physical body but she isn’t dead. At the end of the graphic novel “The Death of Hana Gitelman” she existed as a consciousness living within computer systems. Although it appears that Hana and Drucker are destroyed in “The End of Hana and Drucker” graphic novel Hana says “Phir Milengay Drucker” which my translators tell me means “We’ll meet again Drucker”. It’s very doubtful that either hero is actually destroyed and very likely that Hana will make a return.

K – You’re correct on both “deaths” but bringing the character back without a physical body makes everything easier. She would show up in a fax, an email, a text message or words on a monitor without ever needing an actual actress to play a physical role.

Now that I think of it Hana’s ability is to act as a living electronic transmitter and receiver, capable of intercepting and interpreting virtually any form of electronic signal and transmitting coherent signals of any type through thought alone. Micah’s ability is to manipulate electronic and/or mechanical items. SO, sending informational messages like the fax to India for Ando and Hiro, the message on the computer screen to Tracy, the text messages to Claire and Doyle that would all be Hana. The shutting down of the power to Building 26 for 30 seconds or the interference of the signal to the bomb attached to Matt Parkman that sounds like Micah.

So Rebel is the mixture of Micah and Hana (they have already met in “the Death of Hana Gitelman” — if only virtually).

It’s not Maya, she was in a recent comic and she was confused about rebel as well.

Hana died in the comics. Once in space, and an assumed death in cyberspace.
I doubt they’d bring Hana back to the show.

If it’s Micah, then he’s probably not alone.
It makes the most sense to be him.

I hope Sylar’s father takes Claire’s ability and instead of putting her head back on he just leaves her there pretty much as dead as she can be. Then have Sylar’s father go on a Sylar-like rampage like from season 1, and then have a showdown between Sylar and his father.

I would think that Rebel is Hana Gitelman (from Season 1). As Season 2 is quickly erased from our collective consciousness she would tie Season 1 and 3 together quite nicely. Also she was shown in “Five Years Gone” helping HRG to give fugitives new identities and keeping them out of the grip of Homeland Security.

Although this makes sense to me, the writers have gone in completely odd directions in the past. This time might be no different.

so pissed we have to wait another week to watch heroes. this episode is going to be great and i cant wait to see where the go with the rebel. my guess is micah is involved somehow but not the true rebel. i think angela has her hand in it because she goes on the run here soon. one question though, that drawing of dc blowing up is that stopped now bc parkman pulled the plug? i cant wait to see andos supercharge shot and what ability parkmans kid has, this show is awesome.

as for the major hacking abilites of ‘rebel’ what about micah. i dont know if he is still on the show, but i ld love to see him back. he is far to young to pull this rebel thing of, but maybe rebel already has a couple of folks together. like micah and maya

I think HRG and Angela are better bets to be ‘rebel’ they know enough about people with abilities and how to get around Company-style tactics.

They still hunted Hiro and his powers are gone. Maya could also be the same case.

This is not the last of old samson grey .. i was looking at some stuff and i have a feeling he will gain the healing ability from someone and hunt sylar or with him .. or i dont know .. go crazy and start F*cking sh!t up .. rebel’s identity might not be revealed this episode but if not the next .. we will soon find out though .. and Matt will save Daph next episode .. looks like HRG lets some people free and some kind of big twist is supposed to occur as well .. and Yes we will see Tracy’s true potential of her ability .. she supposed to kick some serious ass this episode .. the episodes are getting better and better .. this season has not been a let down .. a few twist i didnt like but yet very entertaining .. I love Heroes!!
