Obviously this is a late post but the blond they are referring to returning is NIKI/TRACEY’s triplet also with powers, mentioned by doctor Zimmerman. Tracey does come back as well as seen in the sneak preview of next season. Peter’s powers will be back (OR RISK LOSING VIEWERS) likely from his aquisition of Sylar’s main ability or an ANDO PARKMAN PETER combination. Nathan is totally dead (MUST BE A WRITERS THING BECAUSE CLAIRES BLOOD COULD OF REVIVED HIM LIKE IT DID TO NOAH AND ADAMS DID TO NATHAN)

i think that peter already got his powers back. at the end of this episode he went to go chase nathan down, and if he did get there he had to fly. its not to ovbvious if he flew there or not but i would assume he did. however at the end of the previous episode after touching his mother that light appeared that appears when he takes on powers. so he would’nt have been able to fly, but it is kind of assumed he does. so i think he already got his powers back or atleast he can take on more than one now.

It was stated that Matt will do something “dark”. My guess is that after Sylar kills Nathan .. Matt arrives to late to actually save Nathan .. so he places Nathan inside of Sylar’s body (it was stated that we’ll see Peter’s Power from the future – where he made present peter go inside jesse murphy’s body) or maybe he makes Sylar’s mind believe he is indeed Nathan .. or something along those lines .. Matt is getting really powerful and i think he might be the only one capable of messing with sylar’s mind .. (sylar has always been semi-”immune” to other’s powers) remember when Hiro stopped time but sylar was still able to move .. or when his dad made him sleepy and sylar stated he was just playing with him .. Maybe after a few episodes Sylar remembers who he really is and thus creates some sort of story on that .. so many possiblities .. damn great last volume .. Fugitives has been near s1 status .. s4 should prove itself worthy to keep Heroes on the air for at least a few more years

Sylar has mentioned before that the spot in his head is so small .. that it would be almost impossible to hit .. Sylar’s spot is probably like the size of a pin .. wondering if this is what he meant by special when he was talking to claire .. either way .. i liked that they explained his survival from primatech .. we were right .. the fire melted the glass .. we have been right on so much .. yet we have been so wrong on others too .. well enough from me

just like clair he can never die haha, my guess is just like tracey in the hot room, the more u practice the better you are at it. so the knife in the back of the head now to him is like scratching his knee, minor inconvinience. my guess is that is how he got out of primatech before

im just thinking that danko missed the spot, remember in turn and face the stranger sylar said the spot you would have to hit is so small, im just guessing he missed it. but the dna thing sounds good too. i think this next episode is gonna be crazy, in the preview angela is screaming noooo so the person that dies has to be one of the petrelli brothers right? i dont think its nathan thats to obvious.

I think with all the powers he’s been acquiring, (especially the shape shifter) his genes have been evolving (hence the extra tooth). The achilles heel that we know he has (back of the head) has probably been removed now, it could be healed. That’s what I think anyway.

Like he said before, he shifted his dna around so much, it’s not all staying how it normally was. Much like the tooth, I’m guessing his kill spot has switched places somewhere.

Tracy returns – this is certain. Meredith? I heard she will appear in Volume 5 for a short period. of Claude, Monica, West and others I know nothing.
