The fifth episode of Heroes volume 2 is titled ‘Fight or Flight’
This episode marks Kristen Bell’s debut on Heroes as Elle, ‘a sexy, mysterious young lady who has ties to the supposed death of Peter.’
Heroes 02.05 ‘Fight or Flight airs Monday October 22, 2007 at 9:00 PM (EST) on NBC and Global Television.

Kay, first of all, the new episode is called fight or flight right? and a little while back, there were images of Clair and Elle. (as well as Mohinder, and Bob). then there were images of Clair and West on the ground, Clair with a Broken leg and West with a funny face. my guess is that Clair was captured and West comes to the rescue, FLIGHT. meanwhile Matt is trying to get Mali out of her coma by FIGHTING his father, or Elle could have FOUGHT them.
So is Sylar a cannibal or what? All last season I assumed he ate the fallen heroes brains, but I just watched the whole series on DVD and there really was no mention of what he did with the brains, other than the brains were missing. My daughter says that they did mention that the soul was in the brain in one episode and she thinks that Sylar is a soul eater.
Milo and Hayden aren’t dating as rumored.

Fight or flight.. interesting.
I think peter and the new girl with electricity are gonna meet face to face and peter has to choose to fight her or fly away to nathan and stuff. because he looked into the box, he finds out all this stuff about his old life 4 months ago and finds it necessary to fly back (nathans power) but in the process of this he could accidentally bump into the new girl and choose to fight or fly away.
What if the contents of the box are fake. That box (or at least the contents) could be left with him on purpose. It could contain his real name, but for the rest.. This could really push Peter towards actions he normally wouldn’t do.
fight or flight means the fight between nathan and matt against de boogeyman. Hope peter returns too
Mohinder and Matt face the boogeyman.
Nathan sees a fake peter that has been created by his imagination (guilt).
Peter faces Elle and sparks fly.
Elle kills Caitlin
Peter heads back to NY
Hiro goes back to the present after helping Kensei.

definitely theories. i know for a fact that Mohinder is not going with Matt to face the nightmare man. and the rest just sounds like b.s. And that last sentence he wrote, that’s like pointing out the obvious. i could’ve told you that before the season started. dee-dee-dee!!!
