This season has had its points, but is NOTHING like last season. Everything led up to a great end to a great season. I can only hope that when the writers get off strike the second half picks up.

yeah, but his blood was not a cure for the mutated virus, if adam can heal, and clair has the same ability, then why not use some of his blood? I guess they had to stretch this out a little more.

Not trying to dog the show in any way. I just think that the writing for this season could have used some more though.

i think that adam’s blood can cure the virus but his not immune from it. the virus disables their powers. this is just my conclusion.

whos blood actually cures this lingering disease, we are yet to see if mohinder can

Bob believes that Claire’s blood is the key to cure Nikki currently.
If Adam’s blood has similar ability as Claire’s, then yes, they should have taken his blood earlier.

Think the writer didn’t want that to happen so that Bob will use this reason to pursue Claire and cause the never-take-a-man’s-daughter-away climax.

Btw, Claire’s really too emotional and forgotten totally her father’s love. HRG must be so heart-broken. But then, if she is understanding, the show won’t be that exciting.

the point is that the virus had not mutated when adam/kensei was in the cell. So maybe they figured that mohinder’s blood could do the job… but now adam’s escaped… so they need claire’s blood… makes sense?

Sure, they had Adam locked up for years, but I think getting Claire is just one of Bob’s ploy of taking her in and locking her up. The company had always wanted to take her in.

The thing with bob wanting Claire is just a plot trick to get them after HRG and his family. The Company probably have tons of his blood already.

Now if Pete Claire and Adam can heal themselves so could their blood. THe question is if one of them is infected will their healing power be fast enough to stop the virus or will the virus deactivate their power first????

No HRG will have no super power. No mohinder will not have a superpower. As for a personal theory I dont believe that Claire and Adam have the “exact” same power. Yes they both heal but unlike adam claire has been dead quite a few times and future sylar even killed her “after she had 5 more years to develop her power” I believe she is just a healer in most senses but I believe Adam is a healer and also just plain immortal. I also kind of agree with the whole maya getting the shanti virus then sprading it but on the other hand she isnt going to last anyway with sylar bein all over her. or she will and alejandro isnt going to last. I also believe regardless of escaping after some world saving peter might have himself some Elle.

I REALLY want to see mrs. petrelli in action. If she had voice manipulation, then nathan would not have came to save new york with peter, he would have let him explode.

Clair did die in the future episode last season, but we have not seen what would happen if kensi had his head chopped off.

I believe when elle and peter meet back up, there is going to be a hell of a face off, way better than any sylar peter confortation could ever be, he has a lot of pent up rage towards her now.

The only true shame about this season is that it ends in 2 weeks.

HRG will be killed, monhinder does not have a power other than the blood trick, and bob will meet his demise most likely at the hands of mohinder.

from the first few comments (because i havn’t read them all) you’ve overlooked something, this virus has only really just started apearing in powered people so over the last 30 years that they’ve had adam they’ve not needed his blood for this situation, when it became a problem they got hold of mohinder immediatly bob even said to mohinder up untill now there had only been to cases or the shanti virus, his siter and molly, so any after that they had got mohinder like with the hatian ect ect, but adam had escaped before the company recruted mohinder, so there was shanti, who died, then molly, who mohinder had already cured, then adam escaped, then all these other virus cases opened, they couldn’t use adam because he escaped so they got mohinder, used him for a while, then the virus mutated so because bob knew mohinder had conections to bennet bob knew it would be easier to go after clair,

i think that maya is the virus, she’s like 30 years old.

maya will live and will live with molly and matt at mohinders. i dont think she’s the virus the symptoms are just not the same i mean where was the black eye cry in molly or the haitian.

I think that maya will be the death of sylar, + a few other underlying people……….she would be a VERY effetive company member if she could just learn to control her ability, but that is not what sylar wants, he wants the power for himself. Maybe he will kill her and her brother. This being said, the 2 powers combined may be overwhelming for him and kill him, kind of like when peter absorbed ted’s ability.

Anywho…………this will be an interesting conclusion in ep.11

The theories above believe that Claire can “cure the virus” with her blood. Peter has Claire’s ability. In the episode where Peter goes to the future (2008) and discovers the virus - he identifies himself and they tell him that he died of the virus. So, if Claire’s blood is supposed to cure the virus - and Peter has the same ability - then why would Peter have died from the virus?

i kno this has nothing to do with this episode but i was wondering
shouldnt be peter be immune to the haitians powers? i read an explanantion somewhere but cant remember it to why he isnt immune.
but that got me wondering cos back in season 1 when hiro went into the past to find peter on the train peter wasnt frozen, this meant that he already took hiros power once hiro arrived and making hiros power useless on him. now wouldnt that be the same case for the haitian?

Homecoming: Eden could use her power but Sylar could not

well i think in all this on one char with the same powers as kensei and claire….logan aka wolverine…in most he was kind of a inmortal cuz when u reach a certain age ur cells start to die…but with does kind of powers they just keep regenerating and you achive some kind of inmortality… kensei could die if u cut his head of same as claire cuz their powers come from a part of the brain…thats one part. but the plot on this season as everyone says is not as good as the first season…

every heros ability manifests at a certain age, and we can all remember kensei healing from arrows n being very confused! (i also have a thought that abilities have sth to do with the moon covering the sun… check it out). so his abilities started workin from that time, i mean he must have cut himself again, he wasnt born learning to fight with swords! so why do ppl die?
answer: their organs stop workin,because of low blood circulation, blah blah blah… if adam can heal, then he can heal everything!

wat i think is that mohinder and his dead sister were meant to be like maya and alejandro because the brothers can heal wat the sister does. so mohider could cure shantis virus but then if it mutates he can do nothing. he does not have any regenerative powers.

also with the adam being claires father it would not be possible because he was locked up when claire would have been concieved…he says to peter that he had been locked up for 30 years, and claire is not even 20

kensei is definitely not claires dad, and claires dad is not someone from the company. Do none of you people pay attention? Claire was given to HRG because she survived a house fire which her mum started (Her biological mum had fire powers). When Claire survived the fire, the company took her because she was the child of somebody with an ability, so they thought she would most probably develop powers. And claires real mum TOLD her nathan was her father, its not like she would accidentally get pregnant with kenseis baby is it? So shut up with all these theories LOL, Claires parents are the fire woman and nathan petrelli.

perhaps tho that adam may be nathans father as angela cheated on arthur with him which could mean that adams ability has passed down through th generations to claire. However this does not mean that Adam is Peter’s father we are guessing that is Arthur Petrelli. We do not know what his power is but it could be somewhat related to peter’s. Mohinder sucks nob.
