Peter is ment to save the world… and he has a good soul. But what if the founders of this company are all in that picture and to bring the company down the heroes in the picture must die.
then the new generation of heroes can move in and restate the company as a security for the world against the likes of Syler and the Nightmare man ect… May be that is how Peter saves the world.

Okay, first of all, when it says it is “one of them,” it isn’t referring to the people just pictured. It is referring to the name of the person. In the first episode, when Nakamura saw who was sent to kill him, he addressed him as “One of Them” or “All of Them” or something like that. One of Them is the name he goes by.

I also believe that One of Them and the cockroaches are related, but that is another theory for another time.

Peter may be here to save the world, but it’s clear that someone or some thing is jerking him (chained in a box with no memory) and Nathan (remember the scared reflection) around and possibly Kristen Bell (the spoilers indicate the has a very complex personality with no clear allegiances).

What if the nightmare man is able to manipulate people to do his bidding through their fears? Peter is overall a good person so perhaps his loss of memory has nothing to do with what someone else has done to him and everything to do with what he has done to others (i.e. in denial because he’s a killer)? Memory or not, Peter would not have gone from Mr. “I can’t hurt a fly or lie, even one attacking me. I’m just trying to help and I’m willing to sacrifice myself to save others.” into “Sure I’ll help commit crimes if it helps get me a box I don’t want to open and a girlfriend. I’ll be willing to strangle anyone who’s trying to harm me.”. Something else is at work in him — something darker — and it’s not the explosion since it caused no damage.

The cockroach has been around since last season. We have seen the cockroach in the first episode. Most made nothing of it. Then we saw the cockroach at Primatech during Sylar’s captivity. Then we saw the cockroach again on the manhole that Sylar’s blood trail led to. And now again when he killed that dude.

I believe that Sylar has made a deal with One of Them, just as everyone else in the photo did at one point. And the cockroach has something to do with One of Them.

But Why would he do that ?

If you look at the height of the person who killed Hero’s dad, it has to be someone who is skinny, around 5′8-9 and male (look at his hands, those are not females.) So i deduce it is Peter. Who else can it be? The preview says “it is one of them.” Cant be claude, too tall, DL is dead and black, Parkmen is fat, Hero is small and fat, Jesse/Nicci, could be, but the killer doest walk the same as her, so who is left? Syler? Killer too small. So it has to be Peter. The killer has the same Body Language at Peter, same height 5′10, white, male hands, and if you look at when Milo in jeans, it is similar to the killer, who is also wearing jeans, same mold and same shape of legs. From taht, i say its peter.
