Not necessarily. We’re dealing with a different timeline now and Peter is able to regenerate, not Sylar, so we might have just shifted the cause.

i think that the theory of “fate” will come in to it, im dont believe in fate per se but i reckon, no matter what they do the eventuality will be that the bomb does go off

in the trailer for the next episode, claire is in the future? according to this string theory sylar killed claire? so why is she in the future? okay peter saved her, then surely that means hiro kills sylar before he explodes and the bomb doesn’t go off? so peter is the bomb right? if so, why a pic of syalr saying ‘america remembers’ what’s he got to do with the explosion? so confusing, i hate waiting

Could it be that the person who life has to change is Nathan? If he refused to become POTUS and hide Peter to explode safely, it wouldn’t matter?
Or maybe Micah? Or Linderman?…

Yes, but I don’t believe that Hiro knows of Ted’s existence - he only seems to know that someone exploded for whatever reason.

The “America Remembers” pic with Sylar is because at that stage, Sylar was the one who exploded (suggesting he probably gets Ted’s power) but also regenerated (which means he got Claire).

Peter saving Claire, as people have said, suggests things are different now, with Peter as the possible Exploding Man. Ted is still a possiblity for this fate, methinks.

We’re making an assumption here, tho - that the explosion is a result of someone with Ted’s power (whether it be Ted, Sylar or Peter).

What does Linderman want to do with Micah? Micah is great with electronics… Linderman indicates some of his plans have been unravelled - is this the saving of the cheerleader? He wants the explosiong to occur ao maybe he needs Micah to manipulate a nuclear device, as an insurance policy!!

Yes, I think you are right David. Micah can manipulate the voting machines to make Nathan win. Also, supposedly Linderman gets Nathan to agree with his plan in exchange to heal his wife.

peter can’t use hiro’s power because peter could not understand how to use it.. hiro knows because he watch too many ’star trek’ episode..

Hmmmm i dunno about the micah rigging election machine part. i know it all sounds right but linderman is a man of power, i don’t think he would need micah for that. I think theres something else he needs micah for something more important.
