as you know mohinder is developing a formula to gain powers. however. it worked out bad. mohinder got in contact with pinehearst (arthur’s company). there was a missing ingrediënt, a katalyst containing the ‘light’. arthur tracked down the katalyst took the light and his powers. peter injected himself with the formula, and gained his powers back

Kudos to Kring (and his incredible team) for having created (and continuing to deliver) a very enjoyable and thought-provoking series BUT as a person who grew up with the same enthusiasm and impatience waiting for the next MARVEL issue I can’t help but see many similarities that exist in the mythology of the X-Men.
In X-Men issues #98-#100 we discover a secret society called the “Council of the Chosen” (read the “Company”) within the ranks of this society is an “Inner Circle” Who are Mutants (read the circle of Meta-Humans e.g. Petrelli(s), Linderman, Deveaux and Nakamura the latter being the first of the older generation to be marked for assassination (by some unknown group or individual)my money’s on DL judging by his reaction on discovering that He and Niki/Jessica had been part of a grand scheme and then nearly killed by one of the group’s founding members (Linderman) DL has motive for major payback to the people who toyed with his life.
ALSO from the pages of the X-Men the introduction of the “Legacy Virus” created to wipe out mutantkind initially – then mutates and spreads to Man — which I believe is what is happening in one of the story arcs involving Mohinder – As the “Company” realise the virus they created as a “Final Solution” in case “they” ever tried to take control has transmuted into something that is a threat to the whole world – That is why the “Company” operative (who is Meta-human himself alchemy being his power). Would be interested to hear peoples’s reactions to my declaration.
