According to TVguide, Francis Capra (’Ron Weevil’ on Veronica Mars ), is joining the NBC hit this season as Jesse. As always happens at this stage, nothing has been revealed about his powers.

As ‘Heroes’ moves towards its exciting second season premiere, starting August 13 on NBC (during the ‘Heroes’ timeslot: Mondays at 9 / 8 C), Heroes’ cast members will host the re-run of their favorite episode of ‘Heroes’ Season One .

NBC’s HEROES CAST FAVORITES promo (with some footage from Season Two ! )
NBC has scheduled a ‘Heroes‘ conference, to be held on the set of Heroes, for tomorrow, June 21th. The press conference will be held at the presence of producers, series writers and actors including: Adrian Pasdar, Milo Ventimiglia, Greg Grunberg, Santiago Cabrera, Jack Coleman, Ali Larter, Masi Oka, Hayden Panettiere, Zachary Quinto, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Leonard Roberts.
Don’t “read” too much into that list of actors.
During the press conference NBC will introduce new ‘Heroes’, here’s a partial list of new characters and the name of the actors :
