The future was so weird, seemed like everybody but Matt and Gabriel were the bad guys.

This graphic novel is off. When Peter was impersonating the Haitian, Claire said “I thought I killed you already”, but the Haitian appeared in last week’s episode I Am Become Death, working with Claire.

Another thing, Peter never had the Haitian’s ability, nor could he take it. The Haitian nullifies all abilities, including empathic mimicry. Whoever wrote the novel doesn’t really know the show, or it’s mythology, all that well.

Actually I think he was just looking like a random dude, he doesn’t look anything like the Haitian other than the baldness. She was referring to shooting him in the chest when she stormed the room. But yeah I have no idea how he could learn to mimic the Haitian’s power, that doesn’t make sense.

i don’t think he took his ability, he was just telling her that he’s the reason that all that stuff happened. she works for pinehearst and peter has been trying to stop it with all these bombings and other terroist activities.

Yeah…I’m not sure how I feel about this comic either.
The whole “peter = Hatian” is a bit bold…

Plus, this probably shouldn’t bother me, but why does Claire not look at all like Claire?

If the TV show and the Graphic novels are both going to be connected to NBC, then they should at least relate to each other more then simply Claire, Peter, Hatian with super powers.

Most of you are forgetting that first of all that was not the Haitian just a bald black guy who Claire shot when entering the room, so yeah he should have been dead. Not only that we don’t know the fate of the Haitian in the future and this three years in the future is now a slightly altered timeline because Peter has now went back in time to his own time period with Sylars ability so if he killed the Haitian with brute fofrce or gun fire, or bludgeoning his head Peter sure as hell can take a look at that brain of his now can’t he??? Peter is a whole new man now and although i would like to see him remain a good guy i wouldn’t mind seeing him be a bad ass for a while either.

look at page 6, obviously he has the Haitian’s ability and like metalhed1382 said, that could be how Peter got Haitian’s power ( or they just didnt think everything through when they wrote it ) but if that person wasnt the Haitian, why would they draw someone that look so similar to him and have peter say the Haitian’s power? i mean why couldnt peter be a white guy? so to me, it seems like peter was the Haitian. going to to what claire said ( if that is the Haitian ) she killed him before and if peter was with her when she killed the Haitian, than peter, using Sylar’s ability, could learn his ability.

But then again, peter would be unstoppable with the haitian’s ability and the haitian is suppose to be like the middle man and shouldn’t EVER die.

Peter can easily take the Haitians powers… he just have to knock him unconscious. C’mon even Ando could do that!!!

so basically…

mohinder made the formula and released it or the company’s formula got realeased in the public. and everyone has powers, all this superpowers mixed with people with feelings and emotions and anger etc. can cause a lot of damage. To stop it all and to stop the world breaking in half (shown in numerous paintings) Pete has joined Pinehearst (which i hear is Arthur Petrelli’s company to rival Angela’s Company) to commit some major terrorist acts which killed loads of people.

Why Peter is killing all those people, i have no idea because that will just cause more anger and hate which will cause people to hurt each other which will just kill more people. So unless Peter is trying to pull off an “Adam” and wants to kill everyone i don’t see a good explanation for doing it all.

It’s not the Haitian, just some terrorist she killed before that Peter assumed the form of to get within the terrorist cell.
