The Chick Exchange

Kristen and Hayden

Tonight we’ll watch a scene in which Mohinder and Bob plan to swap Claire for Bob’s daughter Elle , who is being held by Claire’s father HRG. TVGuide find a time to talk with hostages,.. This is the first time Claire and Elle are in a scene together — the meeting of the hot blonde babes!
Kristen Bell: Yes, it’s the highly anticipated standoff millions are waiting to see! I dressed for the occasion.
Hayden Panettiere: And I — what else is new? — am in my cheerleading outfit. It really disappointed me because Kristen’s in heels and a cool designer outfit. They dress you nice at the Company.
Bell: This is what I wear to the office to kill people. But I wish I was in the cheerleader outfit.
Panettiere: Would they notice if we swapped? It could be like Parent Trap! But Kristen’s not too coordinated. She keeps zapping people and falling over.
Bell: That’s because they’ve got me zapping people in high heels! I look like I’m in a comedy sketch!
Panettiere: Save it, honey. Last season, I had to do a dive out of a window and then do a tuck ‘n’ roll — all in 4-inch-heels, OK? It was easy.

David Anders, Kristen Bell, Dania Ramirez, Shalim Ortiz, Dana Davis: new Heroes

heroes-nbc-season-volume-two-new-cast-memberIt’s here! Just a few hours and the wait is over!

The new episodes of NBC’s Heroes will introduce many new characters, and here there’s a quick profile -and video- of the ones that is said will have major roles during the earliest episodes of the upcoming new season. Also in the video: short interview with Zach Quinto and a glimpse of Milo Ventimiglia, Adrian Pasdar and Jimmy Jean-Louis.

Meet the new Heroes:

(Dana Davis)
Monica enters in episode 4 from New Orleans with an unspecified ability. She works to support her brother and grandmother (Star Trek’s Uhura, Nichelle Nichols) and develops a bond with her cousin Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey). ”She’s a good girl with a good heart,” says Davis (The Nine). ”Her life’s been taken from her, and she’s looking for a way out.”

(Kristen Bell)
Described by Tim Kring as ”a little unstable” and ”a cautionary tale of what our Heroes could become,” Elle has ties to the Petrelli clan, H.R.G., and Claire. ”Elle has trouble knowing right from wrong. She holds a piece of Claire’s future,” says Bell, who admits, ”Heroes was the watercooler discussion at Veronica Mars.”

(David Anders)
Yes, the pasty-skinned Anders is playing Hiro’s childhood idol, who according to history books is supposed to be a noble hero. Except, in reality, ”he is a drunk Englishman and a hired hitman, essentially,” says Anders (Alias). But he does have powers, and when they’re revealed, Kring says, ”they’ll have major ramifications for the entire Heroes world.

(Dania Ramirez)
In true ”Wonder Twin powers â€â€? activate!” fashion, the abilities possessed by twins Maya and Alejandro work in tandem. Ramirez (X-Men: The Last Stand) was actually unfamiliar with Heroes when she auditioned, but got hooked when she did her homework. ”I couldn’t leave my house. My dog was looking at me like ‘Please walk me.”’

(Shalim Ortiz)
As we meet Alejandro and Maya, they’re on the run from the law, forced to flee the Dominican Republic because of the destructive nature of their powers. ”We are harming a lot of people with whatever it is that goes on with us,’‘ says Ortiz. ”We are on our way to the U.S. so we can get answers. Our story starts with a punch.”

Breaking News : “Veronica Mars” on Heroes

Kristen Bell

“Veronica Mars” star Kristen Bell was tied up with Lost season 4, but Heroes got her before Lost. According to TvGuide, Bell’s story will be a multi-episode arc and involved with Peter, Claire and HRG.

Lost’s loss is the Heroes gang’s gain. Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell has been cast in what is being pegged as a “key multiepisode arc” for the second season of Heroes. Per Variety, Bell will first appear in October as Elle, “a sexy, mysterious young lady who (spoiler alert) has ties to the supposed death of Peter, H.R.G.’s past and Claire’s future. Landing the in-demand actress “was not easy to pull off,” Heroes creator Tim Kring tells the trade. “But since we’re an ensemble show, with many arcs playing out through the year, we found a way to jump into a small window in (Bell’s) schedule.”

Unreliable sources say Bell’s Heroes alter ego has the power to utterly destroy a person with a witty quip.
